@@Lamorakc I wouldn't say it's bad. In my opinion everfrost is just better. And was that before or after the recent rework? Because pre rework ahri wasn't rly comparable. I'm talking about current ahri and imo everfrost active in combination with her charme and extra ult charges gives so much utility in teamfights. It's not really your job to do damage on a fulltank and it's suboptimal to play for it. Unless you are the one who has to answer sion in sidelane for some reason (in which case I believe the game is lost anyways, cause there is no way u can stop him melting turrets), you should go the standard everfrost and play for teamfights. If you want/need a reference, I'm just a plat 3 mid main so it's up to you to take/ignore my advice depending on your rank and opinion. Hope I could help
watching this game back, i realized sion is a great champ to use when fighting in the wave. He kills the minions with combo and gets health back during an extended trade. genius

@@jygllic5197 well, yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that sion is a great champ to use when fighting in enemy wave. like because yasuo and irelia do it better doesn't mean that sion doesn't do it well, he does do it well but irelia and yasuo's kits use minions way more to their advantage. there's no "in theory" about sion's ability to fight in wave, he is good at it, but yasuo and irelia are just better since their kits are centered around movement and fighting with minions

The poinf of chicken being healhy is having almost no fat and ton of protein. So if you deepfry it it still has that proteins but you have to know that calories of this chicken rockets up. (Also check the fat you deepfry the chicken in because there are diffrent types of more healthy and less healthy fats)
