Because baus only uses builds / items that have high value.. hes explained once that building the most gold efficient items (that are relevant to ur champ) while taking the most high value runes and playing a macro style give the best results, so it feels like baus gets target nerfed because he's using the things that are strongest at the time that need to be nerfed

If they want to target nerf baus remove the ability to get exp while in sion passive or make it so when you die in passive is when it actually starts your death timers. Ez baus will be forced to rammus.

Facts
More like adjust the passive when it was balanced before durability changes and now sion passive lives longer than supposed time. They didint nerf the dmg on it, just that it decays a bit faster so it matches the bonus hp gained from that patch. Removing prowler is good as it removed a lot of counter play and intended weaknesses of champions like sion that werent supposed to have a dash.

@Hallelujah If they remove galeforce adcs would cry to oblivion. Them removing prowlers make ADCs happy and that's why they do it. ADC is probably one of the only roles they care about and that's why every game is adc-dependant, if your ADC's fed you won the game, unless the rest of your team is all 0-20. But in non-extreme circunstances, yeah, ADC diff means winning or losing the game.
I mean their lead balance team is an adc player of course they want to nerf the things that makes them die I mean look at the buffs and nerfs its almost always adc buffs and nerfs mage tanks assassins and bruisers

He generates a lead by exploiting his champion. That is indisputably smart. And he has proven himself to win in the one of two MASSIVELY more mechanically talented servers too. Meaning he is INFACT an S tier player. Not opinion.

I finally realized why Simon is so good at the game! He spends most of his time in the tavern, enjoying the gray screen. Thanks to this, he has time to think carefully, see what is happening on the map and plan his next steps. That's why he sometimes says "Good Def" because he gets the opportunity to adjust the flow of the game while waiting for the resurrection timer. Very farsighted and smart. I am truly amazed! Few people can make such good use of their time. By this, he confirms that "Time is Money" By investing money in his opponent on the lane, he gains a much more important advantage. It is Time. I hate how riot says "you can build whatever you want to build" but nerfs offmeta builds or they dictate how a champion is supposed to be played.
Imagine turning Youmuu's into a mythic but not Zhonya's
when you turn Zhoynas into a mythic you destroy every AP character in the game and you also have to make GA a mythic item then, because both use stopwatch. Zhonyas is a must have vs Yoummus just being a niche assassin item that many dont build anyways.

No because the difference is that an ADC is usually immobile while most assassins aren't. Galeforce dash isn't even that broken.

Maybe building galeforce? Might have to change runes to be maximum movement speed. Can Sion Proc predator in his passive? If so you could think about predator with relentless hunter. Combined with Galeforce, Yoomus, maybe a phantom dancer? You'd have to go full crit, with a collector and then a lord doms but you'd still be fast and do big damage. Idk im only a silver

I like how someone typed 175 = 300 after he said a plate equals a kill 😂
Especially since after you die a few times you are actually worth less than a plate would be. They are only considering the kill value at its base value. After 1 death your value drops down to around 270 and after 3 deaths you are worth 175. if you hit a 6 death streak you are worth 100. So a plate being = to a kill isn't too far off considering he dies a lot. Also the fact that after a few kills he can then kill them back and get a bounty of over 300 for killing them.

I feel it’s just a bit too much to remove the dash. The three items that gave dashes were strikebreaker, gale force and prowlers claw. While gale force’s entire thing is a dash so it’s fine, strikebreaker was a slow that also had a dash so it’s understandable why it was removed but why remove prowlers dash if that’s the entire ability it has.
At least remove the increased damage you deal when you dash and keep the dash, that would keep it simpler or increase cd and isn’t effected by cd reduction.
And turning yomus into a mythic is a bit weird since it simply gives a speed boost and a out of combat ms. Unless they’re changing the item
Such strong movement abilities shouldn't be on an item to begin with as it gives an extra dash to champions that were never designed with it in mind.
It should have never existed. Same with Duskblade invisibility allowing certain champs to be perma invisible/untargetable in teamfights. Now that being said, I'd also like Galeforce and Rocketbelt to be worked on but not sure that'shappening any time soon.
@@LonesomeSparrow7 to be fair the galeforce and rockbelt dash are much more balanced than prowlers - you can see baus 1 shotting karthus with one prowler auto because of passive, galeforce and rockbelt are just mobility items for adcs/battle mages, prowlers goes a bit too far with its ridiculous +15% damage and dash into melee range
