maam excellently explained. how to distinguish between cystoid spaces and outer retinal tubulations?

Cystoid spaces we see usually in inner retina... And they are not single or isolated.. These are elongated oval cysts with thin bridging septae..
Now if you see outer retinal tubulations they are atrophies photoreceptors, so you will see them in the outer retina, often well rounded and isolated
