Love all of the looks, so pretty ❤ thanks for the comparison with the other palettes as well, colorpop has so many palettes it can get a little overwhelming for me since I only recently discovered the brand for me (not that easily accessible for me 😔) and since I am a old school star wars fan (I grew up with the original ones from the 80) I just have to say, the color story fits well imo! But Tatooine is pronounced Ta-too-ween and it's the planet luke skywalker lives with his uncle when he finds C-3PO and R2D2 😉
The third look was so pretty ! You look like a sunflower! Also ColourPop's maximum shadows have the same vibe , atp they're just recycling but still the pallets are pretty .
Yay!! 💛 I've been waiting for this review! I don't have Good as Gold, which seems to be the closest dupe. It's discontinued now, so C-3P0 is a nice updated replacement. I prefer the compactness, the mirror, and no pressed glitters in C-3P0 too. I have a yellow undertone, so I was excited to get this as a neutral-w-a-twist palette. I have Wanna Bee, but have been wanting a more yellow (but non Uh Huh Honey yellow) neutral palette. I love my Wanna Bee palette, but the midtones lean orange, even the midtone brown, which is fine when I want orange. But I don't always want orange. 🤷🏻♀️😅 I also like having all these neutral golds in one spot. Most golds in warm palettes have a strong orange undertone, esp at the drugstore. I don't like how orange they look on me and don't do orangey bronze looks much, so I avoid those shades. Most indie gold shadows seem to do the green leaning gold, which is nice for green looks, cooler, jewel-toned looks, or high contrast looks w warm tones, but I like more pure yellow golds for everyday type looks. Loved this video! Yellow/gold toned looks are something I’ve always been a little intimidated by, but you make it look so wearable. That first cut crease look is making me want to try something similar in festive colors for Christmas ✨

I discovered that I'm not used to seeing myself in yellow eyeshadow, and that includes gold as well. I LOVE yellow with other colors, but not with neutral leaning looks. I don't know how my mind works, honestly :") Most importantly, you look gorgeous in all of them!!!
If one has urban decay naked honey, would this palette be redundant? Im so tempted to pull the trigger since i also have the mandalorian and the child palette so I kinda want this as well, but the presence of naked honey in my collection is stopping me lol. Heeeelp! 😩

Naked Honey's (NH's) 3-4 midtones seem very close to each other. The fairest shade in C-3P0 is a light yellow, while it's a light beige in NH (which has no yellows). The overall color story is more gold w C-3P0 and more orange w NH. NH is prob closer to CP's Wanna Bee than C-3PO.
