Having cnc as a sponsor in the midst of their S2 debacle is pretty funny.
Please explain. I missed the drama
@@DirtyDan77i think it has to do with them refunding people’s s2 boxes so that they could sell them again for more
@@vireo6484 lol oh man that is evil doings, they just sold their souls to UD
@@vireo6484 that's greasy

Man back in the day when 07-08 fat packs were $3.99 at Walmart
Whoever priced these new fat packs deserves to be arrested
So $132 for 3 young guns (could have been no Young guns) and more cardboard packaging that wasn’t needed. Shameful🤬
Usually by the time, after a month or so, I am hip deep in hobby boxes, blaster boxes, etc from the new Series 1-I have NOTHING from this series except for the Rangers I collect. I would like to thank Zeeree for showing us how just not good this product is-in all its forms.
Even if the YG was guaranteed in every hanger....they arent really worth more than $10. Most YGs are only worth a few bucks, and unless you get a really rare card- the other inserts have very little value.
These should be 1 YG in every pack with 1 in 2 having 2 YGs for that price.
Saw these at WalMart tonight, glad I just put it back on the shelf.
Pretty crazy what Y’all are saying about CNC… I went back a doubled check my order with another company to make sure I didn’t get up charged or anything because I bought a series 2 box in September. Luckily nothing has changed but I feel for the people getting screwed over
Upper Deck is just insulting all of us at this point!!!! Selling black friday mega boxes for what they cost 4 years ago is insane!!! I remember buying tins and mega boxes for 29.99 and getting the 2nd tin for half off a few years back. 45.00 for 2 tins!!! That was with Connor and Matthew rookies too!!! Just don't buy it and wait and buy it when it's half the price... Thats what I do...
Hey @zeere i used CnC to pre-order Series 2. They completely jibbed me and countless others. They cut everyone's total box order by %50-80. for example: If you ordered 2 boxes, now you get 1 if you ordered 3 cases you now get 1. They claim their stock was cut by UD, but with the price boxes are going for now everyone believes its due to them wanting more money. If they had no stock than sure, they should still fulfill their orders at a later date for the original pre-order price.
to do this on the most hyped box release in a decade, feels like a kick in the teeth. It made me give up entirely on the hobby. Im done with it. I think watching your channel may be the only thing i do to partake in the community anymore.
Zeeree doesn’t give a fk. He’s too much of a pu$$y to show his face or reply to comments.
Ya seen these & the black friday mega boxes @ my local Walmart. Passed on both & bought some hobby boxes from Imaginaire, Rednails 2 & a local shop instead. Walmart USED to have some decent deals on cards maybe 2-3 years ago. Now everything there is complete rip-off. That's hilarious - the 1st 2 packs of 16-17 Parkhurst is automatically worth more than all 6 of those Walmart hanger packs. LoL ;)
My local best pals has removed all of their cards, hockey or otherwise. They demolished the case they were locked up in.
LOCKED UP LMAO. LET ME GUESS AMERICAN?
Definition of taking one for the team
I got 2 mega boxes online and found the Connor Bedard #1 Draft card..not bad for 60$ worth of cards
This looks like what Topps does for their series 1 & 2 hanger packs except almost twice the price and half the subset cards. Like you said, this is horrendous and I’ll be steering clear of those.
Yeah, except in Topps Hangers you get Rookie Cards, Like 8 Inserts (which includes Rookies) 1-2 Parallels Guaranteed. And stuff hits A LOT more, like #ed cards, colored parallels, Short prints, Relics, Autos and other chase cards the product offers. For $12 you get WAY more and the odds are actually really good compared to Upper Deck lol
Thank you for buying them so I don't have to!
Zeeree got choo choo train-ed 🚂
Oh man, pew. Thanks for the heads up!
I bought one of these the other day just to see what it was... I was so sad lol
Also no YG and 1 of my inserts was damaged.
The black friday mega boxes went real quick. Got two coming on Wednesday wanted to have my gf order some more but sold out.
Pulled a sunburst silver of Knies out of one of those.
@@KevinWong-g7z nice that's exactly the card im hunting
I know Bedard rookies and Young Guns are around the corner, but I can't help but feel the hobby is dead or dying. Hope it's not but that's how I feel.
If this continues everybody’s going to get priced out then the base of collectors will shrink, make it less profitable for the few left and the hobby will essentially die.
Can you explain why you “feel” the way you do?
@@gargantuangoose24 Quality control issues, lack of competing products, rising cost of boxes while the cards themselves have little to no value. I'm sure others can chime in.
@@SniperPFL the hobby is certainly not dead or dying. It’s been around for over 70 years and is not going anywhere. Save this comment and come revisit it 5 years from now.
@@gargantuangoose24check in on the health of your local trading card store.
You got more from Parkhurst than the hangers.
Retail is so aggressively overpriced this year. Options are 3 pack blasters for $25 USD and tins are $65
The price is high because of the possibility to pull that bedard draft card
So $44 to get 1 young gun when like 2 of them are worth more than $40??? That's robbery.
I think I’m pretty much done with buying hockey cards. The amount these boxes cost with minimal return is near criminal. There is no way in hell I am spending $300+ on a box of Series 2 to get a bunch of worthless cardboard. Imagine buying a case and hitting 1 Bedard YG.
More productive to produce for Bedard
Wow. Thank you for being the test subject. Maybe as well buy lose packs . No body wants more base.
Ouch.
Bad look with the sponsorship Zeeree, you’re the voice against this kinda stuff in the hobby!
Probably should have bought a hobby box
The box could be $60 and people would still buy it. More money than brains.
Hanger boxes 22$ very hostile
The metal tins 2023-2024 are 100$ 🤬🤬🤬 I bought one to get nothing good
$22 for a repackaged fat pack? Insane! What a rip off!
Kids are no longer able to collect. What a great hobby!?!
I picked up one out of curiosity, got the Connor Bedard Draft card (SP-1).
I'd rather see a mail day! I can't speak for all of us but I'm series oned out by now. Mail day! Show some love for the viewers and what they send you!
What is this?? They just made fat packs which were already suboptimal 3x more expensive? 😂😂😂
That's criminal lol
$22 for THAT?
Wow this is crazy and prices stupid
Bought 7 Mega boxes from WalMart : got 1 Bedard draft, 2 YG silver foil and a ton of duped Yg : some of them got them 3 times.
Everyone needs to stop buying cards for like 6 months. Everyone. Hobby is totally broken.
Yey
Thats pretty much robbery
frick my bone its 23-23 series 1
This is sad in all sports cards!!! Retail is worst then hobby there over priced and U need to pull something crazy just to win the product besides that your just throwing money away.
Just consider what it takes for me to stop in and comment negatively on the hobby. But, hf that was terrible. In my little brain, fat packs are still just $5 (and still never worth it).
Might be one of the worst retail formats ive seen
nice
I hate Upper Deck!! I opened two 23-24 Series 1 hobby boxes and neither box contained a Young Guns cards! Very frustrating!
2:12 This product and most others is SUPER over produced. Hobby, retail, blaster, hanger, gravity feed, epack. WTF
1st
STRAIGHT GARBAGE! Retail “mostly” is for the collectors that can not afford a hobby box or someone who wants to sample the new product. They are taking all of our money and the fun out of it honestly. No exclusives or anything AT ALL to make this worth the money. Sorry I am pissed!
🤮 brutal
Upper Deck ripping you off again. $22 for 2 maybe 3 insert cards from their crappy insert sets and maybe 1 young gun and a bunch of commons.
Can’t believe you are standing behind clouts and character in the midst of their ripping off long time clients for series 2 ….you will lose subscribers for sure
You advertise for scammers Clouts
Cnc is greasy cmon have some back bone
Your editing is stressful. Would it hurt if the video was like 30s lounger?
It’s seems UD is testing the water on how much they can capitalize on selling garbage for as high as they can before people actually stop buying their product. These fat packs as an example.
same story the last 3 years
There called sucker packs and you bought them. Why blame Upper Deck???????? 🤣
for $132 you could get a better value with the random packs at Dollarama
At this point. Upper deck is just stealing peoples money.. they provide zero secondary value.
Fat packs are a scam unless the company making them are Topps.
Theyre a scam unless you can scam the scam. Like 21/22 series 2 you could tell which fat pack had a YG. I got multiple seider, raymond mctavish and others doing that. Good crop too perfetti is now coming into his own and i have 8 of his YGs lol
CnC sponsorship. 🤮
SERIOUSLY WTF!? 1 Glossy & 2 Inserts & 21 Base Cards for $22! they should guarantee 1 Young Guns and 4-5 inserts & a couple new retail inserts or something.
22$!!!!! crazy! they could have put atleast 2 fat packs in that big box to guarantee you atleast 1 gun but still wouldn’t be worth 22$.
Thanks for the heads up zeeree
I literally opened ONE retail pack because it was the last pack left in the box at a shoppers drug mart I was at. And pulled the Luke Hughes Young Guns Outburst Silver haha…..couldn’t believe it
Haha people still complaining about upper deck but continue to buy the products! Stop buying and make them change their ways….this includes breaks….stop buying into breaks!! The breakers are the ones who are ruining it…
Saw that the tins were 60 bucks this year. Did I discover this hobby at the most expensive time?? Why is it double from last year
This might be Upper Decks ability to squeeze in on last attempt at worst product of the year in this calendar year. This is right down there with credentials lol
Upper Deck definitely watched the show How to get away with murder.
Wow! Thanks for saving me from buying this total waste of money.
You need to boot cnc as a sponsor they represent everything you should stand against.
"What the heck are these?!?" you ask? These are highway robbery!
Are they coming out with the retail boxes that have 6 young guns this year?
Are you referring to the small square box with 24 packs? I haven't seen those since 16-17. They were great for getting yg's for a reasonable price.
Has anyone noticed that the parkhurst cards that you get in the 2016-17 upper deck rookie packs are actually different variations from the actual parkhurst packs. Imagine...2 different parkhurst matthews variations in the same year.
Wow!!! That was Brutal, better luck next time.
Wow worst retail product for sure for that set. Step down from the fat packs.
Why didn’t they just make a fat pack😂😂
The hobby is dead. Buy the singles you need and you'll save your $$$
Ya I started doing that since the 2019 situation inflated & kinda ruined the hobby. I've got a lot of nice singles. Yes I paid up for them but it's way better than buying (aka gambling) new product @ $200 & getting $20-30 in 2ndary value.
Uh, I....wow...just...no.
What the hell is even that
Zeeree is a legend for buying all this crap so we don't have to. I'm living vicariously through him, and Im still choked lol
I went to my local hobby shop recently, I bought 4 random packs for 28$ and pulled a Luke Hughes young guns. I was wondering if someone knew the value since they're going for 50-70$ Canadian.
Mega boxes ware half off right now at Walmart. CONTROL seems to be an issue as one box had 6 packs another 7 then one had 5 with 2 die cut packs anyone else run into this?
