About the moonlight: I think being a tribal man has the advantage of being closer to nature than most of us. That makes it easier to think of the moon as a light source. It's still a good catch.
This is my favorite trio of reactors. I really wish all 3 of them are there for all the parts. I felt really bad for Bashad when he wasn't there for the first LOTR film and the 3rd Star Wars movie, because it looked like he was in love with those series.

I'm so happy the editors keep his songs in! He's like me, he processes his experiences in this way. Part of his singing being kept in is to show what these movies can do for someone. As a nerd, I feel the design is more of a wyvern. If you look closely in the first movie it seems liek Smaug was suppose to look like a "normal" dragon.
It's unnatural for vertebrates to have six limbs (4 legs and 2 wings), so our primitive minds don't accept that monster as real. The wyvern look feels more grounded and fits the world Peter Jackson already established.

Yeah Pacific Ring is great. The first one (by Guillermo del Toro). The sequel is a cheap knock off by a different studio who didn't have any idea what they were doing.
And that is what makes me watch that and enjoy it: These people ... are still in awe. Where we in the west, being used to all the "movie magic" - can no longer be enchanted by it it seems. All we see is the flaws, the "weak cgi", "bad writing" "plot holes" (and most often, all those criticism is just parroting garbage reviews on the internet wanting clicks...) The Hobbit -movies are among the greatest fantasy movies of all time. And all we do is compare them to LotR, find the flaws (true or imagined ones), instead of just going for the journey and leave our garbage existence for 3 hours. We have become so jaded in regards to cinema, to series. When I remember the silly outrage about Game of Thrones...and the absolute nonsensical bad reviews about "Rings of Power" ... sorry, we have so much great stuff to watch, but we decide to be miserable about it all. Be like these three - go for the ride, enjoy, have fun, allow a movie to grip you and take you away - and stop going online to find the opinon some talentless idiot like "Critical Drinker" and all that ilk tries to sell to you...
Being critical is a social ill, as is being jaded with storytelling if the special effects aren’t to your liking in movies. It is so refreshing to see the reaction of those untouched by it.

I wish they could be shown VFX breakdowns of different movies, just to educate them on things like locations etc. They seem to think everything is filmed traditionally, when they should really be informed about the possibilities, including CGI, green screen and the "Mandalorian" screen technique among other tricks
