3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsps. Lorins alamang guisado
2 pcs. tomatoes, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
patis to season
½ kg chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
3 tbsps. fish sauce
2-3 tbsps. brown sugar, to season
2-3 tbsps. chopped lemongrass
2 pcs. eggs
1 pc. tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
4 pcs siling labuyo
cilantro leaves
lime wedges, optional
peanuts, optional

thank you for teaching how to cook the Thai omelet; while on vacation, a cook in a relative's house in Davao cooked that for breakfast decades ago, and I couldn't forget how delicious it was and I could never duplicate it until now!!! maraming salamat!!!

I've been living in Thailand for 14 years now and this is definitely one of my favorite Thai foods for lunch. It's called Kow Klook Gapi (ข้าวคลุกกะปิ)
I can cook this, pero mas mabilis at makamura ka pag bibili na lang sa labas..mura lng kasi yan around 40THB (est 60 pesos)
