It is good to have a rural house as we can always go back to our fertile land. We can escape from the bustling big city, from pandemics or if one ever become jobless. Our fertile land can provide us and we wouldn't go hungry.
I know many people get sick after renovating old houses. Imagine hundreds years old opportunistic fungus enter to warm cozy body to thrive killing alive bodies.
