Your team Did a great job clearing out all the overgrowth on the abandoned house you gave to the single homeless mom. However you did not do any repairs to the building which is in much need for repair. I know there is a monetary cost for you to clean up the land around the house.
I am sure there is Part 2 House Renovation. Usually they do yard first before the house. Besides they need to secure the perimeter wall first before doing up the house where there will be valuable items inside like furnitures, electrical appliances and etc.
Renovate would mean change, and that could be the entire property. Sometimes it’s not possible to tackle one part til the other part is safe to work in.
Please use a spirit level when yo lay your brickwork and please lay your motar for your brick joins the correct way, why don't you use reo bar/wire when laying your brick walls.
It is good to invest one's money on rural house as we can escape from the bustling big city, from pandemics. We can always depend on our fertile land to provide us never go hungry or foreclose.

It’s crazy that people will spend all kinds of money making their garden/yard look elaborate all the while there are broken windows and rags for curtains. I hate videos that say one thing and completely show something else. Maybe he’s going to put a roof on the yard and live out there? Also in the videos I’ve seen people usually let the water go stagnant, I hope he doesn’t in this situation.

That’s not renovation- it’s a rebuild. Chopping all the trees done was heartbreaking
What is the point of shifting stuff that needs to be dumped into the next room, it all will have to be moved again! Twice the work!

Das ist keine Renovierung. Der Garten ist zu 99 Prozent besonders und zugepflastert. Schade. Das sieht eher aus wie der Vorhof eines Schlachthauses.
