This tutorial shows you how to automatically send a thank you email to new WooCommerce customers after they place an order on your website.

You can use merge tags to personalize the email and insert dynamic content.
You can use this email to thank them for their first purchase and maybe send them a unique coupon code that they can use when making their next purchase.
We’ll use an automation rule to set up the email.
An automation rule consists of a trigger and an action. The action will automatically run every time the trigger is fired.
Examples of triggers include someone purchasing a given product, creating an account on your site, or renewing a license.
Actions include; sending them an email, syncing them with your CRM, or sending a webhook.
Make sure you’ve installed the latest version of Noptin in order to follow along with this tutorial.

My mails keep going to clients spam folder when I send with noptin which is not the case when I send from my email directly, I've been trying to get to you guys for the past 24 hours. Any help please?

So i paid premium, but now when i do it, it sends to me and not the customers example cancelled orders, the email will send to me and not them.. How do i fix this

Just tested on all our test sites and it works correctly. Confirm if you're testing with a customer's email address and not your own email. If that's not the case then send us an email to support at noptin.com
