Ansbach on new game 8 against Radahn DLC gets wrecked in 40 seconds. That's with 3 buffs including health. He has a ton of HP Ansback but gets depleted through Radahn before he hits his consort phase.

Ansbach is the guy that cut off one of Miquella's arms, who is an empyrian. That makes him one of the strongest NPCs lorewise.
