First of all thanks for the video. It's very useful. And there's one thing I need to say, if you upload that index for us , it will be more useful.

I graduated with my EE degree in 1992 and retired a few years ago.
Spreadsheets were just getting started in the business world.
My Engineering Econ class just barely used Excel since it was taught by an old
Finance Professor who did not exactly know how to use spreadsheets.
He still like Paper and Calculator, God forbid. He did not eve know how to Sum
    a column of numbers.
And in my government engineering job we just did not use spreadsheets.
However, since my retirement I have been spending some time exploring
    what all I missed using
full power of spreadsheets and I can say I am totally amazed.
If I were a student today, why would I want to buy one of those expensive
single-use calculators, like the TI-98 when a spreadsheet program is more powerful and
    could circles around any calculator?
Now I am looking at the math for Business and Finance problems
because that is just what I am interested in at this time.
I just wished we had the spreadsheets in all my Engineering classes.
It would have made a whole world of difference.
I think a whole semester could have been devoted to just studying
    Spreadsheets.
Also, another underutilized tool is MS Access
because when it comes to large data
Databases can hold more of it than any Spreadsheets.

I'm thinking this technique could be applied to Formwork design.

great video. I used this exact process to solve for the drag of my high powered rocket after burn out phase. I made a few youtube videos on it because i wanted to share how to do some cool things in excel.
i want to learn more. where and how can i do that? i want to learn things such as using excel to validate bridge designs, or structural designs, or other pipes etc. If i were to work for the state as an engineer, i would need to be able to create calculations and then have them reviewed by others.
    thanks

Is the workbook that you are using in this series of videos available anywhere? I think I'd learn this better to have your spreadsheet/workbook running on my computer while I watch these videos!

I know , i am late to this comment, but based on the space /budget available, safety factor, etc. We either choose to fix no. Of bolts or the area of singular bolt and change the other parameter.
