If you wish to wash aluminium or wooden utensils in Dishwasher, simply avoid a cycle that uses Rinse Aid, it is nothing but a bleaching agent.
Also, you DO NOT have to wash or soak utensils manually before the wash! That is the biggest misconception we Indians have. I being a bachelor wash it only once. So, the tea I had in the evening will be washed the next afternoon, and it works perfectly fine. A dual-zone means low pressure on top and high pressure at the bottom (vice versa), maybe that is the reason your utensils in the bottom rack are not completely clean.
I do not use tablets as the machine needs a bit of a detergent in the pre-rinse cycle. Another trick, when using a tablet, leave half a teaspoon of detergent loosely on the surface of the dishwasher, and see the magic! Tablets dissolve faster and rinse aid gets wasted. In India, we do not have many options for tablets, and they are way too costly. But if you have someone abroad OR know shopping sites who deliver to India, you can get it from abroad, it works a million times better. I use #Cascade.
The power cut and resume function is already been resolved in new models. It will resume the cycle only if the power cut is longer than 3 hours. #TIA

@@akshatpurohit1450 mostly they are available on Amazon easily if you are living in metro cities. Generally, I get from Walmart USA, I buy online. They deliver to shopnshop and they send it to India with my other shopping. To be honest, tablets are waste of money. See the original comment what I have explained.
Cascade is much better for Indian cooking and utensils. Another brand is Kirkland Signature, but not available in India.

Why there are white spots and cleaning is also not good in LG dishwasher...I m using fortune or IFB detergent
Good video but few correction which could benefit you
1, Never use the fast cycle it will consume more electricity more water and don't do good job. The default cycle may take more time but will consume less water and electricity and cleans better no scrubbing needed.
2, Never open dishwasher immediately after the wash. After washing cycle the dishwasher steams and dry the dishes wait till the display is off.
3, Too much soap is used.

Siemens is best, no need cleaning before machine wash. Only paani bhar ke rakhti hu jabtak machine me nehi rakhti hu, dirty tea pan , milk pan ke liye intensive mode me chalana chahiye.

Why normal detergent of dishwasher cant be used
I guess only two of you are there in the house. What should be the capacity of the dishwasher for a family of 5 members? Including a cooker in the machine...
If the power goes away does the machine restart when the power comes back? I heard LG doesn't have that option and we have to manually restart again. Kindly reply
No no..it starts by itself..just that it starts from the beginning of the cycle

LG doesn't start from the last stage after power outage. I returned my LG after using it for 15 months.

@@emperor2267 on page 24 of the User Manual, it is mentioned that in event of power outage, the dishwasher would resume the cycle from last stage. In reality, the dishwasher didn't resume from the last stage. The wash cycle got extended for unreasonable duration. I tried to convince the LG team but when I failed to get a favourable response, I told them that I would sue the company management for cheating and also approach the Consumer Court. This was the point where LG decided to refund the total cost i e. 51000/-
But which mode you selected i think u skipped it

Bad thing about this dishwasher:- If electricity cuts then it’ll restart entire process …. Doesn’t have memory function … it costs around 50K and bosh cost 38K in sale …. Reviews of bosch are better and I’m using Bosch

Check salt..sometimes salt gets exhausted fast..
No...just refilled d salt...earlier I was using fortune detergent nd now ifb ...but results are same

You have to check ur rinse aid and salt setting..maybe water in ur area is hard..put it to maximum and see if it works
I have LG newly purchased...I stopped using the steam function ...now it is not leaving white spots but still washing quality is not good.
