8:00 Chorsu bazar is not a hundred but nearly a THOUSAND years old. It was an important point of the Silk Road. The economics of Tashkent was sometimes holding on that bazar

5:56 you should had visited Amir Temur Museum right next to that monument cross the street. There you will meet your grand grand parents. Rulers of Northern India. Delhi Agra. Babur Shah and more.

The first restaurant you have eaten there actually is Turkish tea and meal. And the bread with chicken inside is called tandoori samosas

22:09 Besh Qozon used to serve only one big pot (qozon) in past. Started 11:00 am and till 2:00 pm usually was empty. Then they decided to increase the cooking pots. Now days it’s non stop cooking Uzbek Plav. But, as you might miss understood, it’s not cooked separately ingredients and mixed together. Every pot one dish. Mainly types of plavs. But there is no chicken plav. Mainly it’s made of beef or mutton. Some horse meat sausages added on request as additional type of meat on top.
