    Hi..you explain the recipe in such detail..It feels so nice to listen to the recipe in Konkani language...May I suggest that you reduce the size of the instructions appearing on the top side of the screen as it blocks the view of the dish

      We added tandul for thickening.You can skip. Also Tandul gives a flavor
