Curry Powder/Kulambu Milagai Thool - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Salt - About 1 tsp
Curry Leaves or Coriander Leaves for garnish
