Firm believer in New World having drop limits on certain stuff. Been playing since launch 1700 hrs and every time they update/change chest drops the first couple days are great then it goes to near nothing. Gold Scarabs comes to mind, first 4 days it was 3-4 a run day 5 on it's been 3-4 a week.
It dropped that much? I stopped doing those acid chest runs some time ago. Had 70 something scarabs saved up. I’m sitting on about 600k gold, so I just let the newer players farm and I buy from them. Days of farming are ovahhhhh for me. 😓
I think it has a catch-up mechanic. Came back and got like 5 golden scarabs day 1, afterwards doing daily runs 0-2. Take a few month break come back and 4-5 scarab day
Haha well at least you got one. I think they recently changed the drop rate seeing how many people were in the area farming them. Hopefully you will get another one soon though.
Luck makes it so you get out in different loot teir drops. It can sadly make it harder to get items in common selections. I think adamant is a common drop with 1-800 chance. So with no luck gear it's still 1-800 chance
He has three different accounts that’s he constantly switched and ran through all day which just sounds terrible. He was tired of the m3 mutation runs going so badly that week that he just decided to farm and earn money so he can make his two bis clothing sets for what he does as a tank.
In that video I threw the firestaff on just for the movement but honestly musket is the best for constant haste and movement speed. I have many different gear sets for different weapons. What weapons do you run?

Yeah I recently stopped doing it. I believe they changed the drop rate after seeing how much traffic was in the area. Shit was good for a few days and now seems dead.
No it’s pretty rare to get one, but it’s something simple to run while you are waiting to do other stuff. I will just wait another week when they are super cheap and buy them.
I didn’t in this run. I tried luck gear a few times but kept getting more purples so went back to no luck gear. They changed the drop rate I believe because so many people were farming these there. Harden crystal seems to drop more than adamant Let me know how your runs go with luck gear.

Was hoping you were going to show a different route as I’ve been doing this run for quite some time and have never gotten either drop here.
I feel like they changed the drop rate once everyone started doing these routes. I’ll have to see if there is a better route.

2 chars 60 runs each onnly one adamant and i even add 2 more locations

Lol, good luck to does trying to get rich quick. Adamant is less than 1 percent drop. Best to just gather if you can’t make gold.

They are only in pvp tracks, you a LIAR
They used to be only in the pvp track, and armoring crate boxes. They are now available in regular boxes at around a 1 in 1,000 chance. Very rare.
