Excellent. Exactly correct. Done enough or as I say it "good enough for army work" :) I love the Minimum Viable Cupcake concept, I was looking for a replacement to MVP or MMP (which I despise).
Another helpful video! Now I want a cupcake ;) As a new ux designer, I've found it difficult to know when my work is done. I'm about to start freelancing and I have been anxious about clients having a lot of problems to solve and me being constrained by time and budget. This helps.
I think the question was about analysis paralysis, which in terms of UX/UI can mean an issue of struggling with perfectionism, struggling to stop making research or polishing UI.
That my friend is the torture we have to live with as Artists and Designers - but being able to pass it on keep changing it is nice becasue it takes it out of your hands
SHORT Answer UX is done when management see no more ROI on your work. Please less generic answer that fits to anything always. Too much it depends, the world needs ux, do more harder. Thats obvious!

The cake analogy is a great metaphor for describing how to create an initial proof of concept to present to stakeholders.
