A 2fer!! I love it 😂😂😂
@@ebangoosa I see his videos daily. When he tilts his head back and let's one rip I laugh even harder.
🤣🤣😭
This is exactly what I was thinking 😂
“These cookies will melt in your mouth😊”
*cookie proceeds to break*
I saw that😂😂😂
Uh, yeah ... trying to show us that it'll melt in your mouth. 😮
@@lucijam3337 I said it as a joke but ok🤷🏾♂️
😂😂😂😂😂
So did you try the recipe? It really melts.
For those wondering this is an actual recipe and it is indeed good and it does melt in your mouth. If you ever tried alfajores, these are much like those.
Search for the recipe called “Alfajores”, they are so yummy. Adding Nutella or Dulce de leche after the cookies are made, they are delicious. My family loved them❣️
Tha are called Melt-a-Ways.
Just wondering, how sweet is it? She put in a whole can of condensed milk in a bowl of cornstarch...
ohh right!! these reminded me of something!! alfajores that have the coconut flakes!!! it's the same texture👏
She added exactly no flour so its very lacking for the recipe
Wait, is this the same channel where she deep fried eggs and added bread crumbs and raw onions and said all done? 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes .😂
There are two that I know of… YummyRecipes and SuperRecipes.
One commenter said she has 5 different names.
I saw that too still scratching my head🧐lmao soooo i guess this is like a macaroon?
Is this the same lady that cooked chicken breasts stuffed with tuna?
Mouth watering from the undisclosed amount of corn starch.
You are so right
It's 2 tbsp as usu 😂😂😂
I'll just eat the condensed milk out of the can and skip the cornstarch 😁😋🤣
I'm binge watching these videos to read all the hilarious comments...im dying! 🤣🤣🤣
It beats shopping online 😂
The comments be having me😂😂😂😂😂
"356 degrees" 😂😂😂 yo I'm fucking dying!
😂 that really did it for me too!
I was looking for this comment
This is her favorite temperature. Lots of her recipes are baked at 356 degrees.
356 F not 356 C

First bite tastes like heaven. The second one will take you there
It looks like drywall
😂😂
😅
Looks can be deceiving.
They melt in your mouth.
It tasted like vvvvsweet drywall
🤣🤣🤣
I think they’re called Melt away cornstarch cookies……found them on Internet.
Your comment made me wheeze laugh!😅😅😂
Quit chur lyin! 😂
In my country we had cookie with the exact same ingredients. It's famous during Eid cause it easy to make. It's called Biskut Semperit/Biskut Bunga Dahlia. This is like the easy version of it.
250 gram butter
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
500 gram corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Any topping for decoration
Thank you for the recipe
Thanks for telling us how much corn starch to use. Lol
I'm go wait till I'm not home to try making them!😂 I love u for being
A great sport!.I'm new.sub because u handled the comment section like a champ!❤😂.
Why add a video if you can't give all the measurements with the video? Corn starch?
Not only that, I would also like to see the brand of condensed milk, and what the measurement was of the condensed milk oh, how much was in the can?
Looks like a lot of cornstarch
Most sweetened condensed milk cans are 15 oz.. how much cornstarch is anybody’s guess…
She doesn’t want to be responsible for your death.
Because the video is made by somebody in a foreign country, who does not speak English. The person actually narrating is somebody completely different who has been just sent the videos and they’re making it up as they go. And where on earth do you find butter that looks like that?
Is this a real cooking channel or a prank ?
Both
I say it's not real
I make tons of cookies and corn starch is not in one it's used to thicken things
@@rmes6 Right!! Most of the recipes seem suspect.
I hope it's all a joke....there are some people leaving comments like they want to try these recipes and eat them 😂😂😂
This could actually make diabetics and people with heart conditions deathly sick. Cornstarch is only to be used as thickening (teaspoon-tablespoon). She can use any of the many traditional flour substitutes on the market instead (almond, amaranth, oat, chickpea, etc)
How much cornstarch? A box? Cups?
Right
@@DollyBearFireside so you said right to a box of cornstarch?
I'm wondering the same.
So a box of cornstarch to a can of condensed milk ?
She said: "some" cornstarch. All her recipes are unusual in some way.
She should have included a choking hazard disclaimer at the beginning 😅
356 degrees wow mine goes from 350 to 375
350 is the temp. Can’t set ovens at 356…well, not mine. But this is a REAL RECIPE…and if you Google, the temp is 350 for 13-15 min
Her oven must be on Celsius, because 356 F° is 180 C°
😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She says they are so good .
I say they look like crap 💩💩💩💩
....sooo, you didnt try the recipe?
They looked dry and crumbly.
Dried-out tasteless mess
Considering that the channel is Brazilian and they’ve bizarrely decided to hire a Canadian voiceover actor who doesn’t seem sure about anything, I’ll bet you’re right.
Don't be a hater
Some cornstarch... Some...
The corn starch and condensed milk queen... hooray!!!👏👏👏
Its an epic fail for me. No binder ( egg). No flavor. No amounts, no temperature or bake time. And its SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, SO YOUR WRONG ABOUT EVERYTHING. MIGHT AS WELL JUST DRINK THE MILK IN COFFEE.
You do realize this is a joke channel right? 😂😂😂
“Everybody’s so creative” 🌈✨🤣
You would have “thought!”.. she would have told us!!.. as she did say 1TBs. Of butter!!🤗
It looks to be about 2 cups of cornstarch!! 🤯
Why talk about ur baking if you don't give how much cornstarch..you just said add cornstarch n they look burn in 12 mins huh!!!
That looked very burnt
Melt looks like there gonna choke me to death with how dry they are😅
How wet is your cookies there?
Melt-away-cookies
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (56 g) salted butter softened
1/4 cup (59 ml) full fat sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (105 g) cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together softened butter and condensed milk until butter is completely incorporated and your mixture is smooth.
Add in 3/4 cup of cornstarch (reserving the last 2 tbsp). Mix in the cornstarch until a soft dough forms. If your dough is too sticky, add in 1 tbsp of cornstarch and stir only until the cornstarch is incorporated. If the dough is still too sticky, add in the remaining cornstarch. Your dough should be soft but not too sticky to work with. If it's still too sticky, you can add more cornstarch until it's no longer sticky but the more you add, the more powdery and crumbly your cookies will taste.
Thank you ❤
I dont think the lady in the video followed the instructions right
Aw...why you all insulting her?. Shes.trying to share a good cookie mix. She simply. Read 365 in a hurry. Yall are cruel. I bet if we NIT pic u all day, ŵèð fjbx
I am here to read the comments and laugh. Who else is here for the comments? ❤
I've heard of cornstarch cookies.
B. Dylan Hollis made them.
At 1st, he didn't think it sounded good.
But, he loved them.
They melt in your mouth.
So, I don't know why some people are acting childish, saying stupid stuff and mocking these cookies.
Some people never grow up.
It's easy to hide behind a computer and bully others.
Hey, don't knock them until you try them.
And they look so moist!!😂😂😂
To prevent excessive browning on the bottom of cookies, put just 1 layer of paper towel under the foil on which you'll bake the cookies. The cookies will come out golden on the bottom!
In general, buy cookie sheets with a double layer, an air layer. Best way for cookies.
You feed this to your family LOL 😆
Burnt and I've never ever seen cookies made with corn starch it's a thickener😂
Yes they are burnt 🤣 and weard there was no leveling agents so they would be thicc too, no air bubbles.
But you can add corn starch or potato starch with flour, so they more crumbly. But never ever heard cookies with solely corn starch
Seems strange but scottish shirtbread is made with a 60::40 mix of flour and cornstarch. Makes a light fluffy dough... very annoying tht she doesnt give measurements tho
@@leighstevens1075 saw other vid with corn starch and measurements those where so thicc. I love scottish shortbread 😍
I've seen cornstarch used in Hercules candy they use it to make cream eggs and they look so good.
I'm starting to think she is trolling us like no bullshxt 😂😂
THERE SO DRY HELP
*they're
The condensed milk channel for the nostalgic
drywall cookies
Do not make this. It’s looks dry and it will mop up all the moisture in your mouth. Probably taste like sweet chalk😅
😂🤣🤣🤣
Everyone's so creative...stomach bubbling lawd have mercy..somebody come look at this. 😂
The algorithm got me good, huh?
One: they aren't burned they have a crust at the bottom like biscuits do
Two that looks like it's about two cups of corn starch
Three: that doesn't look like a moist cookie but...momma always taught me to try it before I knocked it
Never before a sheet rock was so yummy.
I think these cookies are for people with runny tummies. The cornstarch will definitely cause a semi permanent block. Like keep them in your bag when you're out.
Lmao
Very sweet.
"Everybody's so creative " someone please tag her😂
She must have been raised on Spaghettios and Pop Tarts to think those cookies are edible.
😂 so funny ❤️🇬🇧
I've made these and you just can't get past the taste of cornstarch. I've even trying making lemon meltaways were you add lemon juice and lemon zest and still the cornstarch is overwhelming
Try kneading the dough for a really long time (like for 8-10 minutes). You will notice it's not regular flour, but they are pretty good.
My sister makes them for me, because I can't have gluten and I love them... Quite easy, tasty, although very dry. But is awesome to be able to have affordable cookies with my coffee every now and then
They may taste great but they look kinda crumbly (dry looking) when you can hear the crumbs hitting the dish that’s the sound of dry. Maybe twitting this would do wonders.
Perfect for ppl with celiac 👍
Sequilhos. Brazilian corn starch cookies. I sometimes don’t have condensed milk and use regular milk with butter and sugar, tastes good and less sugar overall.
THAT'S BUTTER!!!!!!
There's a reason bakers measure more water than chemist and you just found out the difference between crackers and cookies
How much cornstarch?
"Everybody's So Creative"😄😄😄😄😄😄😄 Aw, Man I scrolled through the comments and Everybody beat me to it .......
I also want to know how much Corn Starch? Can you add a extract flavor?
Yes, you can add extract. I remember that mint & vanilla were most commonly used in 1970s. Sometimes food coloring was added - red (pink), green & yellow.
That's a good idea and some kind of abstract got to make it taste better. Doesn't look too good
😁😁😁 I like both of those UA-camrs😁😁😁
This recepie is similar to an Algerian cookie we add a sprinkle of sinamon on top and we only tuen on the down side of the over when we put it inside of the oven
Lol can’t wait to crumble away 😅
I actually like this one.
everybodys so creative
100 gr boter op kamertemperatuur
250 gr maïzena
200 gr gecondenseerde melk
1 snuf zout
optie: cacao/vanille-extract/citroensap
bakken: 175 gr. C, 10 à 15 min. (afhankelijk van oven)
Add it to
"SOME" Cornstarch .?😳you'd think she'd have seen all these questions & came back with the measurements...?
Sweetie, How Much Cornstarch????!
The ending that’s get me. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Try making kuih makmur. I remember me and my cousins making these with my grandma every year for hari raya at her house. Wholesome asf
I make a condensed milk cake with flour, eggs and half stick melted butter. In cake pan, bake in oven - and it's almost like a cornbread, moist and real because corn starch is not a flour substitute.
Way too sweet!!!
Because it’s a can of condensed milk? Look into the sugar contents and the amount of sugar used to make cookies just for fun.
Let's see 7 pounds of cornstarch, one can of something gooey that doesn't look at all like condensed milk, three tablespoons of butter, mash it together, bake at exactly 356 degrees for no more than 12 minutes, I'm with you so far
If someone bought me every ingredient in this recipe I wouldn't waste my time baking this. To me common sense says that's way too much cornstarch compared to the other ingredients. Have you ever tasted cornstarch?
I rest my case🙅😱😵💫🤷
The original did not add butter, I still remembered this cookies. We ate during our festive season, Aidil Fitri n it was called 'Biskut Susu' @ Milk Cookies😊 Yes it was delicious❤
We call this white cookie, "PUTO SEKO" in the Philippines and it's like a soft pastel in texture but it really melts in the mouth once eaten. No need to even munch on it. 🥰
Reminds me of a Fondant Candy recipe I learned to make in High School, only not that much corn starch. I also added some powdered sugar, Cream of Tartar...but I did not bake it, ... and then I would press a whole pecan into the center of each one.
People seemed to really like! I know I did. (I couldn't get enough of it, at first. Then I reached a saturation point and I could stop gaining weight on it.) 😋🤣🤔😕🤐😎🤗
I started coughing the second I saw these out of the oven. You know that's gonna be like dust
You got some balls lady.
Thank you for the cookie recipe
Looks yummy. Thanks for will try it. Thanks for sharing. ❤
This is one of the side effects of remote work. You get bored and start combining random stuff.
The recipe may look funny, but is real, the cookies are called, "Melt Away Cookies". They supposed to taste very good! 😮
“Everybody’s sooo creative!”
Damnnnn these were Sahara Desert dry like you can put someone in the hospital for this shyt lady!
ah yes nothing better than some milky cornstarch
yea, don't make these, unless you want to be trolled.
Yummy 😋
Aren't you missing something?
Everybody so creative 👀🙃
I’m not a baker/chef or w/e, but if THAT’S 1 table spoon looks like, then my mom has been lying to me this whole time
I see corn starch cheese lady also makes corn starch based cookies
It a good recipe, it cornstarch that why it breakdown but it good cookie. I used to eat them, clove them
Just add sugar brown or white, evaporated or fresh milk and coconut milk- then tidbits of creamed corn then 'cook' it like mixed it in the pan. If it's sticky enough put it in the dish and top with grated cheese and peanuts. Yum2
Who let bro cook🔥
Every body so creative 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes I tried this it's really yummy..
Wait, wait, wait, wait, WAIT!!! Are we using cornstarch in the same way we use flour now???
Here in Brazil, we called this Sequilhos.😍
Crumbs, so sweet.
Cloud cookies delish 😊
Yummy.for.the.tummy.❤❤❤❤
Looks like I'm gonna eat gym chalk
Cornstarch cookies? I'm fine...
What folk won't do for something sweet.
I made a similar cookie using corn starch. They smelled delicious while baking but they sucked every bit of moisture out of your mouth when eaten!
😮 Amazing 🤩 Grace "
There she goes again!!!
Umm what's going to melt in your mouth, because they looked burnt and dry.
