I have these in my get home bag, in the back of my SUV. They've been there for a year or so. MANY times I've wanted to try them, but haven't because I can't afford to buy more! I love lemon cookies!
Received the bars today. Tried one. I don’t think I’m gonna be hungry for a while. I hadn’t eaten for like 8 hours before trying one out. Thinking will need some electrolytes to go with them. Low salt and no potassium. But one bar is full filling. I’m not a small woman either. No bird appetite here. Would be nice if the package was resealable. Will store them in vehicles in ziplocks with some electrolytes packs. They sent me 2 72 hour kits also I guess cause I ordered 2 boxes. They don’t look like they’d fill you up, but they do. Maybe tomorrow will open one of the 72 hour bags and sample. That’s my 2 cents. Enjoy.
My biggest problem is that I'm a fat boy at heart. I keep snacking on them lol. I'm about to do a hard core training video with nothing to eat other than the survival bars
I thought about doing them for a diet. But then I don’t eat a whole lot. When I do I eat well. I’m down nearly 20 lbs just by asking myself if I’m really hungry. I relegated to walking with a cane, but can’t walk far. Also, if you buy food that requires cooking, then sometimes it’s easier to skip meals. I usually do 1-2 meals a day. I’m not big on schedules, so it’s just eat when hungry. They are high in carbs, so when working out they should be fine. This is my first time getting food like this. I’m glad you did a review. Thank you.
I keep these in all my get home bags but if it comes to needing these as a full time food source I know they're good but I think I'd rather throw a marauder on my smoker 😆 Great review btw 👌

Hey community, those food bars are awesome, I mean awesome.. Now if you want to go on a serious diet ok,eat your three bars ,but take a protein like 30 56 grams of protein per shake with the bar or just do breakfast and lunch and have a regular dinner..you will lose so serious weight...I would also used these two food items together with my food prepps to make my food supplies last longer,,food bars protein drinks,meal replacement shake and have dinner just from the three food supplements you will get all the vitamins minerals and nutrients to keep you healthy..try it ,,it works ,but make sure you exercise and cardio...later
