In late 90’s, I broke my 5 knuckles getting hand slammed in door. I had to have three knuckles fused. After surgery, my hand was all wrapped up with pins sticking out. Days later, I needed my nails done. I called around since my tech was on vacation. The lady on the other side of the phone said she’d charge me per nail. I only paid for 6 nails and formed a lifelong close friendship. Sadly she passed away last year from lung cancer at 52. RIP Carole ❤️🩹

Your mom is lucky to have you.. I've had first hand experience with elderly family and dementia..they can get very mean and say hurtful things. Please see if you can discuss it with her dr. For the necklace with your name on, the clasp should go in your right hand and it should be the correct way. As a leftie, if I do it as I feel comfortable, clasp in the left hand the charm is always backwards. Hope that works. The world is made for right handed people, lol
