Every nan video I’ve watched edits out the part where your hands are covered with sticky dough and how do you get them clean while making the batter?? Every time I try to make them, I make a mess and give up. Please, make a video without edits to show us
Try adding water slower and in sections instead of adding as a whole batch. It will help you to manage the consistency. Also adding oils like sunflower so you get a non-sticky texture. Everybody makes mistakes. Practicing this will definitely help you. Happy cooking ❤
