Great video! However I believe the easiest way to do all this without any formulas is to simple enable the Microsoft Inquire add in within Excel. It will give you a report of all differences: formulas, formatting cell content etc
This feature isn’t available in Office on a Windows RT PC. Inquire is only available in the Office Professional Plus and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise editions

I am using clustered charts with primary axis and secondary axis to stack until sold and unit price for 3 types of products for 4 locations. One of the products secondary axis number ($7.5M) is bigger than primary axis number (7 sold units). So in the chart, the 2nd axis covering/over lapping the primary axis. How do I fix it? I added invisible value column and useing max formula. Added it to both primary and secondary axis. Still doesn’t work. Please help
Hi! Thank you for the lesson. Can you kindly tell me is there is a way to equally distribute a value from a list to another. Ex: Suppose I have a list calked A showing number of items and its weight. In the meantime I have another list called B showing the same items but more than once. What I wanted is If Apple found in list A and its value is 10 and and if the Apple found in list B the value 10 should applied in the appropriate cell in list B. But apple found twice in list B the value shoud be divided in to two and distributed to the appropriate cells in list B. List A Item Weight Apple 10 Kg Mango 6 kg Banana 8 kg Grapes 2 kg List B Weight Mango 2 Apple 5 Mango 2 Banana 4 Banana 4 Apple 5 Mango 2 Grapes 2 Whatever weight in list A should be automatically devide and place in List B

Sorry, didn't completely cover the question: How to compare two spreadsheets. For most times, the rows are not going to be in line between one spreadsheet and the other, the rows will likely be jumbled up. This is the question: How to compare the two spreadsheets?
@@pirate185 yeah I’ll definitely tell you now 😂 i used to tie out 250,000 row tables when migrating to new ERP systems, and you don’t do it using conditional formatting or if statements

Do both files need to have the same column order to use spreadsheet compare?
but in this case, sheets and rows of order number are identical, what if the order numbers are jumbled, then these methods would not work?
Hello The spreadsheet comparison is only available in Microsoft 365 enterprise, not the home addition
The second method is the best; you can define which header/column should be unique. The first and third methods could cause errors.

the best way to do this is to create a hashsum across columns in V1 and figure out if it is different to the "corresponding" record in V2.
