Great video, the visit to Prince Court was very insightful. I've been to KL but never did the medical tourism thing, I may give it a try on my next visit. From the price you quoted, it looks to be a bit cheaper than a similar service offered at Bangkok's Bumrungrad hospital which is very popular for tourists and expats.
been watching a lot of the older vids, entertaining but feel a bit melancholy... i hope you are enjoying every day and you have a good companion to share life's joys. Also I love the new glasses and the haircut - blessings to you sir!
You are truly a citizen of the world sir. I admire your courage, in every new location you appear familiar and immediately comfortable with the local transport system and accommodation and even the part of town you prefer. And you are having way too much fun with that name ‘Titi-Wanker’
Thanks my friend. I think it helps that I often return to places I know and are familiar with. Was contemplating how many times I could get away with saying "Titi-wanker" in the video.
For the part about Conlay station, since you stay near KL Sentral, you can just walk into the KL Sentral building, then continue until the underground Muzium Negara MRT station. Take the MRT train until TRX (Tun Razak Exchange) station then change to the Putrajaya line train and proceed until Conlay station (which is only 1 station away from TRX). Yes you do have to change train at TRX, but the Putrajaya line platform that you need to change to is just 1 floor below the platform you will be disembarking. So instead of just walking 18 min from Raja Chulan station to the hospital, I think changing train by walking 1 foor below is more convenient for you.
When started working in KL as a young adult I used to eat at stalls in between and at the back alleys of KL. Saw rats bigger than cats roaming around the stalls while I was having my lunch. It maybe unhygienic but the food was cheap at RM3 for a filling Malay mixed rice. Went there again just after Covid lockdown but was disappointed to see that it was no longer there. Central KL is slowly losing its Malay street food scene to Indian, Western and high end Malay cuisine. I miss KL the way it was 30 years ago.
There's also an MRT station near your hotel (Muzium Negara) which goes to a station within closer walking distance of Prince Court (Conlay Station). You can check the KL transit map in the future if you need to go again.
I think its cheaper using the monorail as the walking time is almost the same if he do the kajang line and stop at bukit bintang without changing trains...

Non-professional here, my 2 cents based on the little that I heard: circulation issues, micro-clotting, lack of oxygen/blood flow. Leg messages to break clots up, perhaps blood thinners. Have to be careful with breaking up clots, as they then travel -- seek professional advice on this possibility. Nobody wants to hear/discuss it, but IMO it is impossible to ignore the very noticeable uptick in clots being reported post-COVID injections. Keyword: ISCHEMIA: "Lack of blood supply to a part of the body. Ischemia may cause tissue damage due to the lack of oxygen and nutrients." Note: aluminum has no place in the human body, yet it is being found and the results are SLUDGING of the blood, due to aluminum's electrical properties, it acts as a sludging agent, attracting particles. This is why aluminum is used in water treatment plants -- the sludge sinks to the bottom of the tanks. edit: also note the role of aluminum concentrations in the brain as it relates to neurological issues .. parkinson's, dementia, etc.

Thanks for your advice. I've started eating more veggies and have been wearing long socks daily (which are quite tight actually) until I can pick some proper compression socks.

Vitamin D3 is the primary one to take. Essential, but very little is available in food. Found in sunlight, but unless you live near the Equator you're not getting enuf. Don't just take my word for it.
