The layout of that neighbourhood is lovely. The patios lining the street and freedom to walk the road 2:06 beautiful. Love the old buildings. Good to hear they are going to restore the old theatre. Look forward to your future videos on the restorations. Free parking at anytime is unheard of here 33:04 Dive bars (I know) some goodtimes indeed. But like you, don't frequent those now.
