I need to replace a ‘ Drive’ hospital bed remote. The one on the bed stopped working the up and down function. I have a new 15005hcn-L. I am unable to remove the old remote. It seems that the old unit should come right off by pulling it straight back. It does not work. My bed is a ‘Drive’ 15013-L. I am lost. Please advise. Thank you.

When I try to lower the bed the head of the bed goes up while cranking and the foot of the bed goes down and vice versa. Could you tell me what the problem is? Please and thank you

The ends that the tubing connects is on the wrong male entrance. I believe you have to put head to head. Yours might be head to foot.

Thank you for the question! If you remove the mattress or look underneath and look at the motor, do you see the shaft turning at all when you press the button on the hand control? Will the hand crank work on the bed?
