I'm sorry but this is the worst be ever. Just got a new motor a year ago and now we need another and it is no longer under warranty. We will probably get another but it won't be this brand. Very frustrating

I was lowering the bed with the remote and it kept going down. I had to unplug, it’s stuck and still going down .

One of my medical bed has stopped to work i suspect that water had gone inside the one side which is connecting lots of wire like main cable , remote . What is the solution for this problem , if water has not gone inside then what could be others problem to not to move bed , please help

While turning /trying to get my bed down, sometimes the foot of the bed will go down but the head will stay up, how can I prevent this, its getting harder to get into the bed, and i like to lower it.

Bed safety side rails PINS keep breaking. When side rails are adjusted up or down or when remove the PINS that unlock or lock the rail GET STUCK and side rails are USELESS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES of the user. Can someone pls tell me how to prevent these pins from getting stuck or breaking. Carl Stophlet “ Having to do this is suck”. Pls redesign how to release the pins easily and not getting stuck. Thank you
