Hi! This is really helpful, thanks for putting in so much efforts. Kudos!! A question, does the tax clearance certificate has be to be of the individual (employee) or the business (employer)? And is this a mandatory document, as I don't find any reference of this in the checklist.
Hi Gaurav, thanks for the support on the video .. tax clearance certificate is always of employer’s and yes it’s a mandatory document. Whatever docs I’ve spoken abt in the video all are mandatory except payslips that too for people who hasn’t started the job ..
@@TheRuchira15thanks,but i never heard about ctc😂,so i search it on google, they told me ctc is gross salary, that is mean ctc is salary before tax😂😂,what difference between ctc and salary before tax?my english is bad pls forgive me.

Thanks for the informative video. I have a quick question. I have been working in a company in Ireland since 6 months ago. I am on the Stamp 1G. Now my company want to apply for the critical permit. I want to know I can use my current contract( a permanent contact) or need a new contact with a commencement date for at least the next 3 months? and in the online application, I must mention routine tax deductions like (Tax, USC, PRSI) or just extra deductions?
Thanks Ehsaan 😊 .. refer below points- 1) if ur initial contract is permanent one then u can use the same. Just ensure that your salary is mentioned. Infact my suggestion wud be - even better if u mention the commencement date which is six months ago ;by this way the authorities would know that u r already working with this company six past few months. Tbh, I did the same. But it depends totally on urself 2) you have also mentioned abt tax deductions - for this there will be a section in the online application form just mention the info of whatever they have asked. They won’t ask any other deduction other than what is mentioned in ur payslips .. I hope I’ve answered ur questions. Pls feel free to reach out for further help. Thanks 🙏🏼
