Wolf VS Berserker. Two of the strongest, most skilled, Ruthless Yautja ever seen on screen. Who is the Ultimate Predator?
In the Red corner, we have the Berserker, also known as Mister Black. A Super Predator and clan leader of a hunting party who abducted the deadliest members of the deadliest species from their home-planets, and would drop them all down onto a game-preserve planet, where he along with his two subordinates, would hunt them all down and butcher them for his own twisted amusement.
Being a Super Predator, Berserker stands slightly taller than a regular type Yautja, and is stronger too, with a different appearance to that of normal Predators.
As well as species alien to himself, Berserker was not above hunting other Yautja either, choosing to capture and tie up a Jungle Hunter style Predator, who he later fought, and beat in combat.
Berserker is relatively lightly armed by Predator standards, having just the basic wrist-blade and Plasma caster. He prefers a more hands-on approach to killing his prey, and enjoys beating them to a pulp before finishing them off, savouring every second of his victims’ deaths.
Berserker is speculated to be what is known as a so-called “Bad Blood” Predator. Meaning he doesn’t care about giving his prey a chance to fight back, and won’t hesitate to kill anything, even it they pose no danger to himself.
And in the Blue Corner, we have the Wolf Predator, an extremely skilled and intelligent Predator and one of, if not THE deadliest classic type Predator seen in any movie.
An accomplished veteran who specialises in clean-up missions to remove all trace of Yautja activity; where knowledge of their existence is not wanted. A job entrusted to only the most experienced warriors.
Wolf holds the rank of Elite and possesses superior strength, proficiency, and intelligence to most other Predators. And an unmatched killer instinct.
Wolf is also a master of hunting and slaying Xenomorphs, one of the deadliest creatures in the universe. Wolf was seen to easily dispatch multiple Xenomorph Warriors with not only his weapons, but with his bare hands.
His face and body are covered in scars from previous battles, including on his face where he had burns from Xenomorph acid, a missing mandible, and was blind in one eye.
The Wolf Predator possesses a large array of weapons including wrist blades, a spear, razor whip, smart disc and dual plasma casters. As well as a corrosive liquid capable of breaking-down any organic material, while leaving anything mineral intact; this curious substance is designed for destroying evidence, but was seen to be used as a weapon as a last resort.
In 2004, after a scout ship went down on Earth; The Wolf Predator intercepted a distress beacon and set out to remove the evidence. Here he dispatched numerous Xenomorphs, Hostile Humans, and even fought a Predalien in close quarters combat; despite being outmatched in size and strength, Wolf managed to mortally wound the creature before being impaled, and then vapourised by a Nuclear bomb along with the Predalien.

Wolf wins all day. Wolf was shown to be incredibly skilled and able to keep on fighting the growing xeno hive despite mounting injuries and even managed to defeat the PredAlien. Sure he was impaled through the should and pinned down, but he scored the killing blow stabbing the beast through the head.
Berserker had trouble with an angry but emaciated classic Predator. It stands to reason if that classic Predator was at full strength, Berserker would’ve had a much tougher time and since Wolf was shown to be so incredibly skilled, he takes Berserker even on his best day.

@@Raxnum Well, technically he did. He landed the killing blow to the Pred-Alien before the Pred-Alien impaled him. I’m assuming that the Pred-Alien did die before Wolf even though the blast from the nuke hit both of them seconds afterward.

pretty sure wolf can kill all three of the berserker predator.. he killed the aliens quite easily and even manage to take down the predalien. he wasn't afraid to go hand to hand combat with the predalien so i doubt hes even scared by the berserkers.

Wolf was the deadliest and most efficient killer i ever seened in the predators movies..and im a huge fan of the Jungle/City hunter! But Wolf is basically the "John Wick" of predators

Wolf fought a Predalien queen (which is very strong) and still managed to deal fatal damage even with most of his weapons either lost or damaged, wolf would have no problem with black

@@jakealter5504: The only reason Berserker lost is because Isabelle shot Berserker with the sniper. Which gave Royce enough time to use the axe on him because he was distracted.

Agreed. Wolf Predator is not the average jungle Predator. He's a veteran Predator. He's experienced many battles and countless hunts. Despite missing a piece of mandible and an eye, he's just that kind of Predator that still goes in against all odds. Much respect. -OG
Wolf handled an alien infestation all by himself and able to give a killing blow to the predalien while this Berserker can't even win against captured preys even with his clan mates helping him with the hunt. I'd say even the City hunter can defeat the Berserker since that Pred is able to survive an elite team chasing him, blinding him and still managed to outwit them. Massacred a lot of criminal gangs inside the city and put up a duel even if he's severely injured.
And what makes what wolf did even more incredible is that the Predalien was also a queen, making it even tougher

Wolf’s rank is elite, meaning he’s had to cleanse I believe several hives and take 3 queens skulls if I remember correctly.

You watched a different movie pal? Berserker won against the average predator very easy taking no damage he only toyed with him. Wolf would have a hard time with Berserker especially in long range combat. Berserker is a legendary bad blood dumb people like to ignore that. I suggest you to do more research on bad bloods.

Wolf would win, experience, wisdom and fighting skills as a elite class, and his superior knowledge of battles and standoffs and wouldn't surprise me if he killed a queen alien!
Wolf is obviously the winner! Here's reason why :
1) He is far more intelegence than young blood class, as he was an older veteran/elite class. This by means, he already successfully hunting dangerous species. Such as Queen Xenomorph, Quatza-Rigg, and other dangerous creatures.
2) Being from Elite Clan, he equipment with some advanced weapons. Which used it either for hunting Queen Xenomorph or hunting Bad Blood Yautja.
3) They were multipy Wolf Predators in Elite Clan, but only one who actually survived. Wolf from AVP Requiem is the one who died after fataly wounded by Predalien before gets nuked, Wolf from AVP 2010 is the engaged fight against Specimen 6, but ended up lose and impregnated by facehugger. While, Wolf LV-412 is the wolf predator who makes short cameo appearance in Dark ship.
Requiem wolf also managed to fatally injure the Predalien
As someone who practices fighting and martial arts, and is a bigger competitor I can assure you're choice of wolf winning is deffo correct. Like don't get me wrong my size and strength makes me harder to deal with in fights but my coach who is lighter and not as strong as me but has 10 years extra experience than I do, manhandles me easily.
Yes Mr Black being bigger and strong is a hell of an advantage but its hard to beat experience
Wolf was the equivalent of a 40 year old the director said and he was a yautja veteran who ran multiple successful missions and hunts and berserker was a super predator and he was also stated by the director to be the youngest yautja to kill a xenomorph

Wolf was 7 foot 8 inches tall, berserker was 7 foot 5 inches tall as well and wolf was able to hold up two xenomorphs at once and they are bigger than regular yautja and super yautja as well standing at 8 foot 5 inches tall and you can see their full height in the alien movies but in avp they are always crawling around instead of walking which makes them look smaller than they are
Drones are 8 foot 5 inches tall, warriors are 9 feet tall and wolf held up two warriors in avpr

Wolf If I remember right hunts down bad bloods and other abnormalities. So he is used to hunting other Yautja I doubt the Berserker Predator would little if any chance.
Wolf is an elite, not an enforcer. Enforcers hunt bad bloods and elites hunt alien outbreaks like in AvPR
Berserker has also killed other Yautja there’s probably more than one skull around there somewhere

I just checked, berserker is actually the same size as wolf so there’s no height advantage between them but the opponent that wolf fought was bigger (the earth Predalien was around 9-10 feet tall) and stronger than both of them

I could be wrong, but I’m sure I heard somewhere that despite the super predators having increased strength, speed etc, they always struggle when it comes to hand to hand with a classic yautja. Wolf is hands down the best predator we see in my opinion, would’ve like to see more of him and hopefully an appearance in future films when they re introduce classic yautjas in sequels to prey. I believe prey is the stepping stone to a long line of predator movies which will bring comic aspects to life with a twist, as well as introducing the different species of predators etc…. Wow fan boy moment
Good discussion! I definitely think Wolf could win, but the Berserkers and this one in particular were incredibly deadly. Their ruthless fighting tactics may even give them an advantage over the most skilled Yuatja fighters like Wolf.
Wolf has fought Xenomorph queens and managed to deal a mortal wound to a Predalien that was in the praetorian/young queen stage, berserkers going to struggle with wolf and will probably lose

This is too easy, wolf predator! He went toe to toe with the predalien hybrid and was standing his ground for the most part. Berserker was having trouble with adrian brody's character and was killed by him when going toe to toe not using projectiles.

Super Black has the same accomplishments of Wolf but Super Black did them at at a younger age than any predator previously. Super Black is also the youngest predator to ever become a clan leader.
Wolf's experience is vast but so is Super Black's, as soon as he knows he can't win purely from his superior he'll change up play. Having the advantage of being a badblood is huge and on top that of that he's a super predator.

Hell if I would consider 2018 predator movie as canon, then the upgrade pred would be considered a textbook bad blood more than Berserker. But alas I’ll, like the rest, assume they are.
considering wolf’s age it’s more than likely he’s ran in to enough bad bloods. As he’s not only an elite rank, he’s a cleaner. It’s his job. What advantage is there exactly in being a bad blood? They’re less honorable? There’s really not enough evidence to support that with these specific specimens, aside from that they had another predator crucified and they only hunt for pure sport. They used hounds? A dude was shanking a hound to death, wolf was manhandling Xenos with his bare hands. They were plasma happy? Wolf ended up using 2, and then turned one into a pistol. Berserker being the youngest clan leader doesn’t mean anything when an older predator with centuries more of experience would beat him easily with said experience alone, he fights Xenos seemingly on the regular. SB and clan just started hand picking humans for a game reserve planet, I don’t see any Xeno skulls at his encampment nor actual drones/warrior aliens actively being hunted. I guarantee berserker is nothing new for ol’ wolf.

Wolf could singlehandedly slaughter the entire Xenomorph nest and gave the Predalien a run for it's money in close combat. A literal PREDALIEN, which is the ultimate hybrid of both Yautja and Xenomorph, with the strength of both species. Hence even without informative videos like this (don't mean to disrespect) helping the fandom to analyze both individuals' strength, we can still agree without much of a thought that Wolf Predator dominates the Berserker Predator ten times over at least.
Berserker on the other hand, struggled to even beat up a nearly dying Yautja who's been badly starved and hanged for ages.
Well berserker would probs just use his plasma gatling plasma caster to throw off the predalien then use his own strength to overpower the predalien of wolf can match up to the predalien in strength then I’m sure a super predator would easily do then cave in the predalien skull

Wolf in an elite berserker is a prodigy of his generation, was the youngest to kill a xenomorph and was able to form his own clan with two other unique predators combine that with there status as a super predator with superior strength, speed, agility, durability and intelligence and upgraded technology wolf either dies or comes out with some new fatale scars then die of blood loss and the later is the lucky outcome the other one is berserker kills wolf after a gruelling brawl and comes out with new strategies and more technology to add to his arsenal also a new trophy

hello...I didn't understand: In the images u show here the wolf predator has an blind eye but in the movie he hasn't an blind eye...how? can anybody explain that?
I feel like Berserker doesn’t get enough credit when pitted against Wolf. That could be due to the fact that Wolf is just favoured more. But I wanted to go over some Berserker statements & facts that a lot of people probably don’t know.
1: Berserker grew up to be a generational prodigy within his clan, becoming the youngest Yautja ever to kill a Xenomorph.
2: He would go on to reach a legendary status, possessing the highest kill-count of his generation. Quickly rising in the Yautja hierarchy.
3: His rank is a Clan Leader.
4: He killed 3 youngblood predators during previous hunts and then a 4th one which was the crucified predator.

Wolf was better skilled and stronger then the Berserkers. He held up two Aliens by each arm and was able to go toe to toe with the Predalien. The Celtic Predator would be a good match. The Hunter and Defiantly the Warrioe from Predator 2 would wreck the Beserkers

Bad bloods are Predators who were sentenced to Death but escaped and who were killing there own kind. Watch Acid Glow reviews or Mr H reviews. Bad Blood Predators can be any Predator if they decide to go rogue and dishonor there clans

Bad Bloods are just rouge predators with no honor so there labelled as super predators because anything goes. There not labelled super predators because there bigger and stronger. Its just name given to them and like i said. Any Predator that is good can turn bad and be labelled a super predator.

Berserker relied on being physically superior to win. He was easily confused with environmental distractions and quick movements......something a Predalien would caitalize on.
This is very accurate. Wolf is ridiculously high skilled. An elite. Berzerker is only a bit bigger and taller, but overall he is not packing enough diversity and well rounded ness. He does not anaylize and study his opponents. He is slower. And has only two weapons. The plasma caster, and the wristblade. Although both of these weapons are upgraded. The Plasma caster is gatling style, and the wrist blade is longer. That is great and all, however he is bad at mid range. And mid range is where Wolf excels. I have not seen one predator yaut'ja with such a well rounded and complete package than that the wolf clearly presents. Wolf all the way no, question. Wolf is badassery full on. Good vid man :D

The way I see it, the predator tribes could have sent wolf to get rid of these un-honorable preds and he would have no trouble in killing them. Even though they were experienced, I think wolf's veteran knowledge would make quick work of them. He's by far the better hunter. Now if it was a 1v3 hand to hand fight. It would probably go the other way. But I don't think a single bad blood has a chance in a 1v1 against wolf.
Your forgetting there bad bloods so there not gonna 1v1 unless it’s a fist fight or they have superior tech so they would gang up it’s berserker, falconer, tracker and the hell hound pack against wolf he has no chance

It's a hard comparison because one is a super predator the other is ancient. They differentiate in battle. Both have extremely good experience in hunting grounds. Berserker might have speed strength and ability while wolf has a versatile experience in everything. Both are great preds but i dont think we have a winner.
Wolf is in addition to a being an elite predator is also a whipmaster meaning that he is basically the pinnacle of skill with that weapon
I disagree. The Berserker was so strong that his attacks would have knocked off Wolf's mask in that scenario, as it did in the film. Berserker was the youngest predator to ever kill a Xenomorph, and was shown to have no difficulty murdering a classic predator. Another misconception I've seen in these comments is that Wolf did not BEAT The Predalien, he STALEMATED it. If the nuke hadn't been dropped, both the Predalien and Wolf would've died. Wolf would not have been able to survive being impaled in the chest by its tail. This may be my absolute adoration of Berserker, but I think that it's a pretty clear victory for him.
I want a quality Predator film where a Berserker Yautja takes a chunk out of someone's head with those mandibles. They did it in The Predator but it wasn't a great film.
Predators have to reach a certain status before they can be on their own as wolf was so skilled and respected that when multiple predators couldn't handle the predalien they called him to take care of it and unlike the young predators in avp who struggled with one alien wolf easily lifted 2 at the same time. the berserker is just strong and ruthless but still hunts with others and easily underestimates his prey making him like an angry teenager compared to wolf
