Cypher may not be a powerhouse, but he's got heart, brains, skills and humility! Even back when he was a HORMONE-FILLED TEENAGER! he just got even MORE mellow as he got older. Frankly I can't help but be impressed! LOL
1:21 So let me get this straight, single, timid, brilliant, young(teenager), & unable to get a gf to save his life. If that doesn't make Cypher more relatable to the nerdy youth of today then maybe you're just lucky. Who wouldn't want to play the live action version of Cypher? He better be or come back for X-men 97.
Cypher is op. Imagine knowing not only every language known under the sun, but also Galaxy. He can learn and know languages from the past, present, and future. Coding is like an easy thing for him. Now you might think that this makes him not good for fighting.... Body Language is a thing. He can read anyone like a fiddle and by the time you try to fight him it's a bit late as he either side steps, dodges, parries, and then counters your attack.
and they just made him Apocalypse's heir, "Revelation"... another upgrade that just follows the logical evolution of his powers... we already saw what could happen with him in a possible future, with his True-Friend villainous evolution, mirroring in some way what Dr. Doom or Reed Richards/The Maker incarnate: the guy who knows better and can even distort reality and use time-travel to correct mistakes.
Who was the DOUGLOCK entity in Excalibur. That guy was so detached and devoid of emotions. The team believed him to be the fusion of Warlock and Cypher. Was he or was he not?
As I recall, of course Doug was dead. Later Warlock perished, basically being reduced to metal flakes. Since the technarchy had no funeral rites, the flakes were scattered on the grave of Doug. Seemed fitting. Later Douglock happened. The pair bonded and rose from the grave. I don’t think it was actually Doug however, was more like a shell. I think it was destroyed and Doug was brought back by the Black Queen. Hopefully that helps. 😉
I love Cypher! I cried way back when he died in that comic book. I have to track down the story of his resurrection.
That would be an awesome power to have translating and understanding languages
I hope Cypher gets more body language powers. They are cool.
martial arts are language, imagine if he were studying in Kun'Lun

Hickman brought me here. Great video!
Why hasn't Cypher trained with Strange to translate every incantation.

I'm here cause of a Fanfiction where someone from our world became Cypher
i prefer a simpler fanfiction, cypher as the new iron fist
or cypher as the new sorcerer supreme
Which fanfiction?????????
@@Bnmsr1860 from a webnovel it's pretty good
Wow
So they made him an instructor cause they realized he was too powerful to be a main cast character 🙃
