- Police in Glendale arrested Sima Karapetyan, after they said she ran a housing scam, targeting seniors and pretending to work for the Glendale Housing Authority.

This is super common in koreatown. My mother in law almost got scammed multiple times. Seniors desperately looking for homes and crooks taking advantage.

Scams in Glendale? Color me surprised
There is a couple that owns several properties in los angeles. They defraud the government with landlord assistance while they collet rent using fake names of nonexisting entities. Ther also case their renters apartments then file fraud lawsuits of eviction without serving defendants and steal their properties. They have a sanctioned attorney in their employment and a magistrate judge from Pasadena who helps them
She have previous issues with medical fraud she is gone 40 +
There is no medical fraud mentioned in her case when I searched the LASD inmate info. How did she commit that one?
I work in the Glendale area. Too many entitled Arminians driving erratic and almost crashing in to people while running red lights. I myself almost got hit on an intersection Chevy Chase and Central, and they gave me the look like if I was the guy that almost caused an accident. I drive through apartments on the bottom of adams hill and see Bentleys, Mercedes, BMW, and Infinity’s. I gives a bad name to the good Armenians that give you help, that are kind, and generous. Some go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. Feel sorry for the elderly people that got ripped off.
In Armenia they leave like under a hammer arm once they come to the USA and they know they are free they just don’t know what freedom is. When I came to US I was totally different person than now after 35 years.

@AM-gm3zx I work at a plasma facility where we intake plasma and make it into vaccines, but what I'm trying to get at they don't work for that money it's all obtained fraudulently or stolen I know so many people that go from being on EBT IHS back to the EDD then jumping back to Social Security and all at the same time doing what they're doing it's disgusting and it's not just a couple of them it's all of them how can someone that hasn't been in this country more than 2 to 3 years already be driving a $ half million dollar vehicle that doesn't make any sense I think if you really want some answers it's called Refugee payments installment plan

What’s annoying and have seen first hand is seeing a lady pay the cash register in welfare money for groceries and then she walks to her Mercedes and drives off. That is what’s been seen a lot when mentioning about luxury cars in an apartment complex.

This is terrible and seniors need to be protected . One of the lady’s I spoke with said Russian community in New York is known for such repertoire where they take money with false promises. I gave her the fraud number and asked her to make a report. This is a crime against humanity. Instead of helping the vulnerable they scam them.
