British Army Candidate Attempts BEEP TEST
This video seeks to give potential British Army candidates an idea of what the bleep test entails as well as what’s expected of them at the assessment centre in respect to the roles they prefer.
All Opinion expressed on this channel is personal and in no capacity I’m I communicating on behalf of the British Army.

Hello, on your invitation letter was your assessment date one day or a number of days. My brother’s letter is one date but most videos I’m seeing it looks like the assessment takes more than one day.
Another good tip for the bleep test aswell is you dont need to (pass) the line like the chap in the video is doing, try and practice your turn before your last step hits the line so your body is in front, you only have to have your body over the line on your first beep
Can you please make a descriptive video of what to do next after getting the first 2 ticks on the dashboard

Hi, there I'm from Kenya, I finished High school education a year ago and I was inquiring If the British army can sponsor my college education once I enroll in the army.
On my assessment day, Edinburgh, i did 11.3. The recruiter has to stop me at some point. Else, i could go on and on .

Try doing 2k runs at least 3 times a week and build up to 5k while practicing the beep test as well at least once a week

There are a few decent apps on mobile for both android and Apple users
