Hey, Andrew get a multi unit!! Even if you have to wait for a steal (just remember they're worth the wait and they always! come eventually) .That single family process is old school game.
One thing I find interesting about the Memphis market is that every so often you will see someone selling their portfolio off and have 3,4 or even 15-20 homes for sale with tenants still living there. I was just in the city the other day and if I was single and no kids I’d get me a house in town no questions asked
U different and you bless Fams you grind ya ass off frfr. Proud of you salute thanks for turning in with ya peoples. Been watching you for a couple of days nows. I fucks with you honestly. What do you think about a multi family home. I’m sure they have those in Memphis. Side by side or 4 family flat. 1 apartment can pay your mortgage. The rest is all profit
How high? The requirements to lease the house i had in 2018 was $70,000min/yr income. The entire neighborhood was full. Memphis doesn't equal low income. 😁 What you see about Memphis on the news vs reality is two different things.
@ didn’t know it was 70k haha. My thoughts on Memphis is just the typical stuff you see on the news with crime. Having high requirements like high income, good credit, age limit and no evictions will lead to less BS down the line. I watched two Memphis eviction channels othniel penn and asap process service. Some crazy stuff 😂
@DaCA5 Most of those shows are mainly focused on orange mound neighborhood in south Memphis. Every city has an area where the poor live with high crime. For example most truck drivers will come to loves in Memphis and see prostitutes all over the street. It will be pimps, girls, and drug dealers on the street. The problem is there are over 5000 streets and that's the only street where girls walk on. But people will think that's all of Memphis😅. And on the same street about 10 minutes down the road is multi million dollar homes🥹
@ yeah your right all cities are like that. As long as they pay then your good. At least you have options in your area. I wanted to do something like this but in my area the most basic house that’s not in a bad area starts at 450k.
Andrew, check out Minority mindset. He talks a lot about real estate and stops too And if you're going to start doing real estate, you might want get it another l. L. C, you don't want those houses to be in your name.
If this guy the first person you've heard speak this way you may need to surround yourself with diff people. My pops been on shit like this since before my time and he black from the backwoods of NEBRASKA. 70+
Ayee that a great strategic plan Andrew ✊🏿
Mr.Curtis 😆😆

Better have high requirements for them to rent it out. ESPECIALLY in Memphis
