The location is actually super convenient, but you're right, as queens quay gets more and more developed, and the park by the docks completes, the area will have so much more going for it. For now though, the access to the highway, the grocery and shops downstairs, sugar beach and the rest of the harbourfront is stellar. St lawrence market and all the nice spots around it are really nice to have a few minutes away. I'm in harbour sq and enjoy most of those conveniences, but this building has a bunch more going for it imo.
Drop the price by 40%. That's absolutely ridiculous. Looks no different than any other run-of-the-mill condo. And the market is insanely over saturated and is in the process of crashing. I bet you you can hear your neighbours pee.
