It is quite evident that both of you lack depth and education. Firstly, anyone would know that living in downtown Toronto comes with noise and busyness, especially in the entertainment district where these four buildings are located above a shopping center. It baffles me why you didn't mention the noise if you were complaining about it.Secondly, how do you know that 90% of the building owners are Chinese? This statement seems discriminatory against Chinese people. Canada is a diverse country with many different cultures living together. Before making any comments, you should have fact-checked the buildings and their ownerships.

Hi Eric, I really like your style of condo tours. The camera pacing and your delivery is nice and relaxing (not super intense like other condo tours on UA-cam). Also, the camera video quality is really nice. I really like seeing these kinds of condos, not super luxury penthouses, but interesting condos that I can relate to (I've lived in condos of similar size in Toronto, but these are obviously much nicer). I hope you're able to keep posting more of these style of condo tours and I will watch all of them beginning to end! I also hope making these videos are part of your work so they're not too much trouble to make. Keep it coming!
We now have a drinking game for how many times you say super or super cool. Nice units and the super best part is you allowed us the most magical info the price which no one likes to give
Fabulous information. Forgive my rookie questions. Who is responsible for Cleaning the windows? Is this part of the Maintenance fees? I also missed about parking. How many spots per unit. I know you did 4 units so I'm a little confused. THX
The condo is responsible for cleaning the windows. Its typically done twice a year. Parking spots can be purchased, some units have incentives related to parking spots.
Well done with your presentation🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤ I feel like l'm living in this space now... How much is the 2 beds unit going for please? Did you say 1million plus😢😢😢 Loving it... My spec!!
That’s about as big as they get nowadays. Most developers aren’t building bedrooms with office/bedroom combo in mind. They are planning on you using the 3rd bedroom as an office or you getting a unit with a den.
Imagine paying north of $1MM for a corner unit and then buying a $500 sofa and table from the Brick or Ashley. Nothing says you're in over your head like the furnishings here.
why are cheap floors installed for 1.6 m. small kitchen, stove, laundry space. I was looking to buy here but my condo is bigger and mortgage free so I will pass.
People should know that the GO trains are super frequent and loud, and the normal trains also run super often and all night 24/7.
Plus never ending construction noise even when there’s nothing they build lol
@@PersianCamel half empty is better than full of noisy stinky people with their dogs crapping in the elevator

my sister lives right next to train tracks near liberty village and it's barely noticeable.
Great tour!
Really impressive delivery on dialogue, mannerism and working well with camera man. Impressive

Thanks Simon! I will keep the tours coming for sure. I should be doing around 1-2 a month, but all dependent on the market of course.
Great job with your presentation of these units! Very informative, visually pleasing and enjoyable to watch. Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much!

I’ve been told I need a thesaurus. It’s hard when you’re speaking from the heart

Great professional presentation!
Glad you liked it!

Well done with your presentation🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

I'll take one of each

These condos would be considered average in most cities.
The bedrooms are so small. Where do I put up a work table ?

good job on the tour but with no space for a work table/book shelf in any of the rooms it’s useless, especially for over a million
Is till available ?
Yes
Hello, could you please confirm if there are any restrictions on who can rent the apartment in the condo???👍🏾
Hi, the unit is not for rent.
Will stick with my 1200 sq ft bungalow on a 70x120 ft lot just 15min west.
Imagine paying north of $1MM for a corner unit and then buying a $500 sofa and table from the Brick or Ashley. Nothing says you're in over your head like the furnishings here.
The unit is staged, so it isn’t expensive furniture as it gets moved and banged around all the time.
Your tour is professional and on point but is it really luxury? There’s no space and the view is meh. Pretty average.
how one manages 1200 square feet and gets 3 tiny bedrooms but welcome to todays world...
