My goal for 2025 is master both.
if you get a pair of rings you can do both at once!
Along with dips, I've been including pullups and chinups into my upperbody workout more recently.
Add decline pushups too, bcuz dips will make ur lower chest very big and unasthetic so balance it with upper chest like declinr pushups

so i got winged shoulder blades. doing pull-ups can that help them not point out?
Am not so good at chin up
Get good, its a great exercise
