But I dont bruise easily and I've been choked until I passed out and because he used his forearm and not his hands and fingers I had 0 marks/bruises on my neck. And who just happens to have a brick conveniently on her nightstand? Seriously?
IF it was supposed to be a painting project, then why wasn't it in a place like the garage where it could be painted without soiling anything. I mean, who keeps a brick in the bedroom unless she staged it there to use on her husband?
And no one thought it was convenient that the father just happened to have brought the child a bat as a gift... but didn't give it to the child? And it wasn't still I'm the car but instead was conveniently in the room where the father could grab it on his way upstairs? Who grabs a bat when going to see what the noise is all about unless he had already prepared to use it? As in premeditation.
And what about Molly's mother? There's supposed to be all this noise and fighting in the middle of the night, and she stays downstairs? NOT
There's too many suspicious questions in my book to think this was self defense

My abusers family and friends also thoufht he was the most charming, kind, romantic individual...and he was. He wrote me songs and played them for me on guitar. He wrote me love letters and left them around the house for me to randomly find. When he looked at me, i knew he was looking at his entire universe standing in front of him. He made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the entire world. But hed call me a fat ugly whore when he got mad. He made me take pics of where i was. Id wake up In the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and when I'd get back to bed, he would accuse me of veing gone for hours and that i needed to get my cheating, whore ass out of his house and id have to beg him not to. He punched me repeatedly in the face and he did it so hard, my earrings (with backs on them) flew out of my ears and into the back seat of the car (i was driving). One time while I was driving, he was hurting me and wouldn't let go, so I had to crash the car into a tree to get him to stop. Just because he was charming and romantic and made me feel beautiful.A lot of the times doesn't mean that he wasn't an abuser. Idk jason or his story. This is just for those ppl who think "my brother/son/friend was so nice. He/she could never do this to their partner". Jason could have been an abusive drunk. Nobody really knows but him and her.

this is so disgusting! even if there was DV In the relationship, which I genuinely doubt, the evidence for what happened that night was overwhelmingly pointing to, that they both killed him while he was sitting or laying down and had drugs in his system that were not prescribed to him. All during a surprise visit from the effin in laws, and the father in law just happened to really dislike the victim and neither he nor his daughter have any injuries on them during the fight for their lives.
Come on y'all!!!!! Disgusting 🤢. The first sentence was already a joke but they got to plead out basically. His poor sister (and rest of the family obvsl.) and children smh 😢. R.I.P
God sees everything and knows the truth though, so hopefully that's a consolation for the family & gives them so sort of peace!❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

@@jennamacintosh7676 I read in another comment that the audio switches from ‘all the way in the left’ to the exact opposite during this whole video.
Maybe that is why you (and the other people in this thread) didn’t hear all of the audio?
Have to say though: I haven’t really started watching the video yet.
I first took a quick glimpse in these comments.
Since I always watch my YT videos with one ear free, I was glad I found that comment before starting.

Jason is horribly abusive and scary. He didn't care that his anger towards his wife was demonstrated in front of his children. He was threatening and a narcissist. He just wanted a babysitter, too bad for her.

I can remember whenever this case happened. I remember the media making it seem like the wife was being made out to be this emotionally & physically abused woman by her husband. And that her father had come to the rescue to help Molly from an abusive husband. Personally, I do think that perhaps there was quite a bit of verbal abuse going on from both sides, due to the voice recordings that I've heard. However, I do believe that Molly had done most of that, rather than the husband. It seemed to me that he was actually wanting to get some attention from his wife, only to have her put the kids in front him, not giving him any attention at all. She would make it seem as if he was being unreasonable, but our hubbies need lovin' too, not just the kiddos. I know it can't always be the kids who get all the attention, but sometimes, I think the wives will make it out to be like the husbands are making things seem as if they're getting no attention at all & the kids are getting it all. I just hope that the kids are happy now, doing well, & that the family of Tom have been able to move on & be happy.

I think this definitely was a tumultuous relationship & maybe Jason did take it too far sometimes & was jealous or controlling, but I don't think I believe it was ever physical in terms of "punching." I think Molly coerced her dad into doing this for her. Idk this is a tough one

No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. Abusive men ARE NOT abusive when people are around. They play the doting husband/father and will be overly nice and loving in front of people and then as soon as you are alone here comes the monster and then when they DO GET CAUGHT they play the VICTIM! Been there done that! No one could possibly know how he was to his wife behind closed doors. Even HIS kids said he punched slapped and pushed her around and got mad for no reason. A person can only take so much abuse and im sure its hard for a father to hear and watch the abuse as well. As they said she called them multiple times the day before. She could have called them and they heard her being abused. Ive been choked until I passed out and I HAD 0 MARKS on me because he learned how to not leave marks/bruises over time. When the police come 50x you eventually figure out that you won't be arrested if there are no marks. Just like he would only punch me in the head so the bruises wouldn't show because my hair is to my ass.
