[RapidKL] (VOITH) Alexander Dennis Enviro 500 ride

Rapid KL rolled out its first double-decker buses on 7th September 2015. 5 units were deployed to Route U80, plying between Pasar Seni and Section 2 Shah Alam.
Assembled locally by DefTech, Rapid KL's E500 were designed with a low-height configuration, equipped with Euro 3 Cummins ISL engine and powered by a Voith 4-speed transmission.

Welcome back British or England made bus. In the past we started in early 30's with many of their brand. So many name like Austin, AEC (DD bus), Guy Arab (DD bus), Vulcan, Trojan, Albion (later Leyland), BMC, Commer, Bedford, Ford, Fargo and my all time favourite Seddon. By early 80s they have gone and replaced by Indian (Tata), Japanese (Hino and NIssan and few Isuzu) and ever popular Mercedes Benz (since 1950s).

How do people usually pay for the bus fare in KL? Using prepaid smart card? By cash? Thanks.

There is a Myrapid card which can be used on Buses, Trains and BRT which is operated by RapidKL. Cash fare are also accepted.
For other buses which are operated by other companies, only cash fares are allowed

Malaysia diesel only Euro 2 standard. this bus is Euro3 spec. all Truck and Bus sell in Malaysia is Euro 2 or 3 spec.

Nope, but they have MAN 18.280 (A84) buses in their fleet.
