The little *bonk* 🤣. They’re some of my favorite machines to watch fight each other because they’re so animated. It’s like watching two pups play fighting.
One ability I would love to have in Horizon 3 would be for a "combat machine override call." The general idea is that while we have the mount call and the Sunwing call to call a previously overridden machine to our side whenever we need it I would love for the ability to have a permanently overridden other machine that we can call to our aid. Maybe it costs a bit of energy or something to keep it overridden so we have to keep it stored or something Idk maybe stronger machines take more of that cost to keep overridden... obviously a Slitherfang would cost a heck of a lot more than a Burrower... or maybe it only works for smaller machines like a burrower but only works up to a ravager, so you can't just come and summon a previously overridden Slitherfang.....
I think heavyweight machines would have to be out of the question based on size alone. They probably wouldn’t fit in most areas 🤣 But I think it would be cool to get to choose. Like do you want to override a mountable machine, or a strict combat machine?

That would be bada$$! What I was really hoping for with NG+ and Ultra Hard was some sort of special unlock for beating the game on UH, like being able to unlock craft-able Apex overrides. I know it doesn’t make much sense lore-wise, but damn would that be cool!

A burrower is always worth watching. It is the most interactive of all the machines and is as charming as a cat, but in the early game I quite often have the mindset and abilities of a very small mouse 😱😞😁
The burrower looks like a otter 🦦 I think it’s a replacement for the Watcher but not the Redeye Watcher and it burrows like a Rockbreaker but a less powerful
@@chidiamuta3014 Apex Redeye Watchers are TANKS on higher difficulties. I’m sure once this game gets ported to PC we’ll see some modded machine battles to settle the score 😊
Few more things: 1. I'm really starting to question the burrowers weaknesses. I mean how can a canister burrower be weak to nothing but strong against every single element?! Even the Specter prime doesn't have this! That's is an advantage the burrower has compared to every single machine. 2. Two burrowers is enough to kill a slitherfang, but only when you distract it enough. I'm not lying at all but a burrower did what no other machine could do! It threw two rocks. First one landed on the acid sac, second on the purgewater one, while also damaging the data nexus. And most of the burrower's attack keep knocking down the slitherfang. Eventually, it killed the slitherfang; I didn't assist the burrowers by the way. I did shoot targeting arrows dealing some damage, simply because I put the burrowers on defensive mode, I didn't do aggressive mode because to do so, you have to hope for the burrower not to kill it's sister lol. 😂🤣🤣 3. I wish the burrower had different elemental attacks based on the canister it has and not as an aquisition machine. It would have made the burrowers much stronger, but it's only elemental attack is the plasma. 😞😞😞 4. The burrowers are more efficient if you use the tenakth tactician armour instead of the tenakth recon. Just to let you know. 😉😉😉
Once you override a machine, you should be able to treat it like an Orc in Shadow of War. Send it away to keep it safe, and if it gets out of the area, from then on you can always choose to call it to you later. You could end up with an entire menagerie-pack.
I think so too! Midweight machines would be a little OP, but I think lightweight machines would be balanced. Probably would be hard to code into the game though!

Acquisition class machine’s purpose is to acquire resources for the cauldron network. They’re the ones that do a the mining/digging/harvesting/etc.
