- The 1972 Olive Porsche 911 E gets a new muffler on this episode. Check out the quick install and some driving video to get the new sound on this Dankse 2 in 2 out sport muffler. This is an upgrade I've wanted to make for a couple years and finally bought one. Hope you guys enjoy the video. Thanks for watching.

Man that car was already sounding great but now its killer!
That's absolutely the perfect sound! Hearing that idle and seeing the R888r's, you know it's ready for business.
Glad to see you making videos again . I hope you keep on making them because i sure enjoy watching them.
Thanks Kevin! Appreciate the kind words
Super cool car. Agree on the sound. I've replaced exhaust in mine too.
Fun upgrade 🤝
Sounds amazing! I installed SSIs earlier this year on my SC but went with a Dansk 2/1, I really wish I had gone with a 2/2 sport. Glad to see another vid!
What’s up Steve! 2/1 is great also man. Thanks for watching amigo
The muffler sounds fantastic on the outside for sure! I LOVE this car and would really want to continue seeing more of it in action. Hell I like seeing it parked. Hope you continue to make more videos and thank you for sharing.
I’m still shocked I own this thing. I love seeing any of these old Porsches and other cars being used! I’ll continue posting. Thanks for the support 🙏
Sounds cool 😎
Great video!
The car sounds awesome..💥
Enjoy it and keep up the good work. Cheers 🍻
Thank you! Cheers 🍻
Thank you for this video. Your exhaust sounds so nice. And please be careful. I hope you don’t get hurt again because you are the reason why I go out into my garage at work on my Porsche. I don’t need any of you UA-cam guys with Porsche‘s getting hurt better showing us how to work on our cars without taking it to the mechanic to have it done. 😂😂😂 well thank you for this video waiting for your next one.
Haha I should start a series on all the injuries that happen off camera 🎥 😬😂
ive owned 7 or 8 911 mufflers and always go back to dansk. sounds great!
Nice sport sound without being obnoxious
What a beautiful car and color!
Thanks!
Sounds epic man congrats!
Thanks Dean!
Love this! Subscribed!
Thanks man!
Great sound track to an awesome driving car!
Wow.. sounds so dang good!!
New muffler looks and sounds great! Don't worry about not filming the install because you'll be pulling it off in a couple thousand miles to repaint it. The paint on my Dansk literally dissolved into powder and the wind blew it off...except where oil leaking on it bonded the powder back onto the muffler.
No kidding, should be ceramic coated. That’s lame if it happens to all of these
The dual tips look much better than the factory single side outlet.
agreed!
Olive is a beautiful Porsche. Such a classic beauty,
Thanks! Well thanks to Porsche I guess
Sounds amazing! I'm thinking I might switch to this from my M&K 2/2.
Thanks dude. M&k is great too. A little loud for me but I like those too
Yes sir!Dig your IG content but miss the videos
Thanks bro! Felt good to make a "normal" video lol
Welcome back!! Can’t wait for the content
Hey Jim! Hope you’re well sir. More coming soon 🤝🍻
Hey Michael - absolutely love your videos. Thank you! I found your "Air cooled vs. water cooled" video first, and just watched through your series on the 42-year-old 912 you found and restored. I'm super curious to know how you originally learned to work on cars. I'd really like to learn how to do some of this myself, but, especially as an adult, I'm not sure where to start. I recently came into possession of an old (running) MGB, and my dad's got an old TR6 (not running) that I'd love to fix up. And of course you've reignited my longstanding love of 911's, so if I could ever get my hands on one of those...I'd be grateful to hear your suggestions or any advice you have for someone just starting out in the world of car mechanics!
Thanks! Thats cool to hear :) I basically learned from the internet! Forums, UA-cam, shop manuals and occasional phone a friend. You can learn anything on the internet. Just start wrenching!
You look even more of a movie star now with that setup haha. Sweetest life you got man
Haha thanks man
Looks Great
thanks!
Just caught this video. I'm in the middle of a 2.7 rs single plug build for my 68 and was considering SSI and Dansk or Scart exhaust. Your set up sounds great with the 3.2. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! you'll love that engine in a swb car.
I’d look into the Achtungkraft muffler. There are 5 different modes so you can make it as loud or as soft as you want. Pretty sure it’s cheaper than Dansk, too.
Hi Mike, Looks great love the 2 out look. Was your old muffler a Sport?
Hey Julio, I'm not sure. It came with the car. No markings on it
Lotus update? 911 looks great.
Thanks!
I've got an update coming very soon on the Lotus
Sound gud brudda
thanks!
Is a filler panel available for the old exhaust tip cutout?
I’m not sure, it doesn’t bother me. Lot of the race cars had the cut out. Kind of a 911 thing
Quick answer is no, nothing off the shelf. You can have something custom fabbed to fill the hole. Most ;)people leave it alone (open) as that is part of the "sport muffler" look.
Are you going to rennsport?
Wish I made lodging arrangements in time. Not going this year
Yo let me get your old muffler 😎?
It’s a keeper 🫡
Where is 912 ?
Update soon
Can't wait 💪
Sounds terrible
