I found the best way to get the best benefit from the sauna is take a shower before you get in the sauna. Go in it with wet skin. It helps your skin feel better while you get the best sweat. I'm assuming it will do fine on carpet, but be sure to read the product descriptions. You will love it. I know someone that has theirs on carpet and it hasn't had any problems.

Do you know if infrared sauna is safe. I heard of radiation concerns. Am sure it's safe but just want to why people would say that.

Yes you are able to remove the chair to put whole body into sauna.
How to you clean the sauna to avoid bacteria build up?
I use something like lysol spray.

I could not get it up to 140 degrees. We’re you able to?
Yes my unit is able to reach that temp.
@@KonnectingKindly it took almost 1 hour to get to 123 degrees. I thought it is supposed to only take 5 minutes to get to 140 degrees.
