Elliott Lucas GPO Issue Pliers From 1960.

I found another pair of GPO issue pliers on my favourite vintage tool stall at the car boot sale this morning.
Here we have a pair of 5.5" Elliott Lucas pliers looking like a small set of lineman pliers.
These pliers were issued the same year I was born so I had to pick them up.
