Detail Groove hey man, the links in desc for the tools used, a few don’t work. Was looking for your steamer. Started a detailing biz locally and that one looks to do a fantastic job
Finally someone who steam cleans then pulls up the wetness and dirt with a vacuum. I've been seeing steam clean videos where they use a cloth to wipe up and I was thinking to myself arent you just pushing the dirt pass the top layer and letting it dry. So now someone who actually does it right. Thanks for the vid!
@@faedraelina Yup. When ever I let my sister drive my car, she spills coffee, leaves paper and napkins or her make up. Just always in a rush and losing things.
I love cleaning the carpets where the customer spilled coffee or coke. You can go over it 10 times and still see the crap coming out with the extractor.
Been a fan of ur detailing since i ran into your videos! You have motivated me more to start my own business! This year will be the start of my business thanks to you!

Cool video...though I'm 4 years late seeing it for the 1st time.😮💨 I'm currently detailing a car with darker carpets that are as in bad a condition if not worse than the one featured here. Thanks for posting, cause I now have a better idea of how to clean them!
Oscar, I saw some stains that weren't removed. I come across this as a new guy and I'm wondering what you do when you can't remove a stubborn stain. Sometimes carpet fibers are permanently stained, and sometimes I don't think I have the right technique. What do you do in these situations? Can every stubborn stain be lifted? Love your content, brother. Love it even more that you're a fellow Texan! 🤠
The motion in which you clean the carpets is very random and crosses areas you've already touched. I'd recommend doing it in consistent lines and you will see better results
Out of curiosity, why use the steamer with the brush head and then the drill brush? Aren't you already agitating the Super Clean with the steamer? Also do you recommend going with an APC instead of a dedicated carpet/upholstery cleaner?
I have a question, Oscar.... On your website and in some of your videos, you've mentioned Chemspec All Fabric Textile Rinse... How do you apply this chemical? Is it a necessity to have? I can't seem to find much info on it. Thanks!
bro love your video do you have your Extractor and the Steamer plug up to a generator. and what size is the generator so i can you both at the same time (mytee 8070 and chief steam 100) starting up
Malaysians Cant Drive You have to move the wand over the stain many times as this feeds water and solution into the stain. Keeping it in 1 spot won’t do very much but dry the stain out, trust me I’ve tried it myself.
What’s up man. What’s the reason you use both the steam cleaner and extractor? Why not just the extractor? What is the added benefit of using the steamer too?
how many minutes constant heat povides your steamer?? enough for one car?? I have small macCulloch and ihave refil 3 o 4 time for clean my van..7 minutes constat heat and refill and refill and wait for reheat..is not not good tool
Well it hold 64ish oz of water. Are you holding the trigger down continuously? No matter what steamer you have, you won't be able to do that. You have to pull in brief spurts
Be careful with steamers on carpeting. You can easily melt the nylon carpet fibers. Trick is to keep the steam head moving and not leave it in one spot.
this car had a lot of rust under that carpet from past water/luiquid spills if he would of kept using the extractor it would of never ended I think that's why you came after with the microfiber towel and just wiped the top carpet and it made it look clean it happens to me sometimes and those cars are annoying I could be wrong I'm just going based from my experience as a car detailer there's some tricks you can do to avoid spending too much time on a dirty car.
I heard in one of his other videos that he rarely removes car seats, if at all. I think it's mainly due to a time constraint. I remove car seats and it is a pain in the ASS!! Sometimes I waste up to an hour and a half trying to figure out how to take out a back seat or fiddling with the front seats when I can't properly remove a bolt cover. Not only do I waste time looking up "how to" vids on UA-cam, but sometimes have to hit up forums when I can't find a good video.
a wet/dry vac wont do half as good as the extractor when suctioning , buy a cheap extractor for no more than 200$. i got one and it does a good job but is made of plastic so you have to be extremely careful,
That orange shit was most definitely rust from the metal under the carpet. You can extract that all day and it'll keep coming up. Impossible to completely remove those stains too.

Bleaching and redyeing is the only one really. Or just redyeing on top of the stain.

Because... the stains are not in unison? lol
@@DetailGroove They aren't but going in lines will still get to them eventually as you have to clean the entire carpet eventually
Also when recording, it makes it look more fulfilling. My local £10 car wash does it in that motion.

Why don't they make steam extractors for cars? Seems like it would take cleaning up to a whole new level in terms of time saved and cleaning power?
I dont see the link for the white drill brush maybe im just missing it?
That aqua pro works quite good I debating on aqua pro or the sandia what u recommend
Can’t find the description on the stuff to buy

Oscar do you have your Aqua Extractor and the Steamer plug up to you generator.
Thanks. Good job!
What sorta chemical are your applying?
Does steam cleaning get rid of smells?
AMAZING,.....!!!!
Do you put a solution in your extractor or just use the solution from the pump sprayer
what do you use to soak the carpets in the pump spray bottle.?
how many minutes constant heat povides your steamer?? enough for one car?? I have small macCulloch and ihave refil 3 o 4 time for clean my van..7 minutes constat heat and refill and refill and wait for reheat..is not not good tool

Where did you get the extractor from ???
Do you charge extra when you have to break out the steamer or do you use it on all of your jobs just to make it easier?
this car had a lot of rust under that carpet from past water/luiquid spills if he would of kept using the extractor it would of never ended I think that's why you came after with the microfiber towel and just wiped the top carpet and it made it look clean it happens to me sometimes and those cars are annoying I could be wrong I'm just going based from my experience as a car detailer there's some tricks you can do to avoid spending too much time on a dirty car.
Could you buy a extractor head for a vacuum and run a steamer behind it for a similar effect
Yes
Sooo Oscar, how do you dry the upholstery?
What extractor was used in this video?
How do you avoid getting the wet car smell the next day after extracting ?
don't shut the doors until it is completely dry use fans if possible in my case this seems to work
Do you ever remove the car seats?
I heard in one of his other videos that he rarely removes car seats, if at all. I think it's mainly due to a time constraint.

The dirty ones are the best to do.... you get what you can but the "after" look is dramatic to the customer
When and how do you use the all fiber rinse to prevent browning ?
Just curious can I use a good quality wet/dry vac instead of a extractor, that 400+ dollar price tag is steep???
a wet/dry vac wont do half as good as the extractor when suctioning , buy a cheap extractor for no more than 200$. i got one and it does a good job but is made of plastic so you have to be extremely careful,

Nice! But concentrate in the spots first and then move into an area.
Your running the extractor and a steamer at the same time on that generator?
No, it'll shut off. I turn off steamer and turn on extractor. Vise versa
Nice job 👍. Nice machine but unfortunately it does the same job as a $100 machine
As long as it works for you
I agree I thought about getting the aqua pro until I seen this video my lowes extractor works the same for $140
Why don’t u remove the seats
For a lot of reasons
you're not extracting until the water comes out clear!
alright
Why not just take the 3rd row seats out and make the job easier?
Oh yes we can answer you , thru the comments
haha true
If it's GMC, most likely its the Yukon, Tahoe is Chevy.... I think
Take tips from @detailgeek..

Too many steps ,too many tools ,and the extractor have a very poor suction and psi
