@crazyguy705 It's not unusual. I mean, John Jay HS uses the Airforce version of ACUs (i dont know what they're called) Not a lot of school use them nowadays but it's not completely foreign.
The tomahawk at 3:38 was beautifly done... you guys are good if your in texas hopefully we get to comeate some time and grats on 3rd place...the only thing i saw wrong with this was timeing at some places and that i think one dude got confused at 5:16 lol but it happens... your commander is obviusly a good one especialy at makeing sequences. you guys are good! ahh how i miss drill team :(
what modle rifle is that? the springfeild? weing about 8.5 pounds? hurts like a bitch to be hit in the temple by the sling mount? are you framiliare with the jesus throw?
not bad but most of the back round stuff seems a bit to basic. I feel there should be some complicated spins for all the squads. Besides that and a few timing issues with maybe 3 people, it seems like you nailed secronization and where you where doing the military single doubles could use some work. Again besides that its pretty good.
Also. 2 things. First, it was very repetitious. Sencond, You shouldnt have people walk out of the flight(Im in AFJROTC), team, squad, detail, guard, whatever; and do their own thing, In my opinion it makes it look like you arent a team. All moves should be within or involving the team. If you look at any JROTC/ROTC/Active Duty drill team, they almost never have any one but the commander break ranks.
I couldent watch more than 3 mins of this. It's horrible. I did individual and squad exhibition drill for the 18th AJROTC "Falcon" battalion in vilseck Germany. We would absolutely crush these guys. It's all basic and VERY repetitious.
this is a joke they made it to brigades if francis lewis wasnt in our league we make it to brigades and blow this team out the frikin water the level of creativity is extremley lol we are also a silent drill team but you guys can do much better the top team in the nation is in our league i guess other leagues must not be that challenging
Because it's an armed exhibition and you don't need to wear class a. You just have to wear the same.
I have never seen a drill meet with the judges in their dress uniforms and the cadets in ACUs.
JROTC with combat wear? it's like a dream
oh my goodness.. i love the doubles and the helocopters! i soo can't wait till my ROTC program starts up our Armed Drill Team next year! lol
holy cow things have changed in the past few years
@MECWIHS Airforce ACUs=ABUs(Airman Battle Uniform).
