Thanks to Abyssal Chronicles for the game scenes used, and Kevassa02 for making the EugenexAnnie scene (my attempt at splicing the scene looked like she was castrating him) and for withstanding my incessant bitching about how much Windows Movie Maker sucks ass.

I'm glad this video is still up. So few of the AMVs I adored as a teen are still around but this one lives on, somehow, despite the many waves of takedowns over the last 13 years. I just randomly thought about it today and came looking for it, was nice to rewatch. :)
I especially like that there are no longer words at the bottom for Reid's dancing. Good job on this one, but I thought that one part was better with Cless and Mint holding hands then Judith sitting in a tree.
Okay, that was absolutely hilarious XD the lip-syncing was great! All those scenes of Lloyd looking exasperated/Luke having some headache or another worked -really- well...XD (also thank you so much for putting a scene with Zelos with "hunnies"--that's why I hunted for a Tales version of this song, actually).

The game is freaking excellent. I laughed; I cried. The cast of characters (especially Jade) are wonderfully portrayed and the story is great too! The anime explains the plot a little bit better and follows the game about 98%; I've beaten the game and am currently watching the anime. Both are a must!
This is a definitive AMV for me, so thank you.

@GaroValiant I'm fairly certain it was meant in the way that Tales of Symphonia is one of the more well known games of the Tales series. And while Genis himself in the game might not be all too popular, there are plenty people out in the world who like him more than any other ToS character (and possibly other games' characters as well, but who knows). Not to say I'm one of them, but eh.
Is it just me or are there more Symphonia scenes than anything else?

@insomniabelow : Well, I guess so. The fact I am a really big Leon fan and I only played ToD:DC (though I read the complete script of the PSX ver.) must help with the feeling I got. And I always tend to overreact when it's about Leon which can make me a too stuborn at times.
Besides that part is only one second in the whole video that is in it's whole really awesome. Just like all the others you made. :D

Still, overall this is definitely better, and generally fantastic. lol

This is pretty damn sweet too ^_^. If it means anything at all, i favorited the previous version of this vid and i, by no means, thought it was "terrible". But yeah, this one is hella great!

I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this, haven't read all the comments, but I was wondering perhaps if you knew that Jade would be 70 to us. me being the tales geek I am went through the library in Daath and have learned that 1 year there is 2 of ours, so he's fairly accurate in saying that he's an old man.
. . .I find the video itself awesome though. it amuses me so much and of course Jade must be one of the ones who says high school never ends while smiling, considering him, Peony, and Dist...

This video's great though. I love the syncing, especially the parts where Lloyd seems to be singing it.
@MrInsanity25 hmm....that would make sense, but in Luke's case, it's only been seven years but his attitude at the beginning is like that of a teenager with the way he thinks he can do whatever he wants and will succeed. I know that doesn't have anything to do with the way their bodies age, but the rest of the characters' personalities fit with the age they are (in a way), but I don't know many seven-year-old kids who have a similar mindset to Luke's.

Coming back to this AMV again after having played tales of legendia knowing more about other tales games such as vesperia, Eternia, and Rebirth I have to say this got funnier and a little weirder XD

There's just one thing "bugging" me. The first time I watched it, I didn't pay attention to the lyrics and I was quite happy to see Leon in the video.
Until I paid attention to the lyrics that are sung when he appears...
There are other Tales characters who are far more of a dick than Leon IMO (Mohs for just one example).
But the rest of the video was really great and I really like the song.

@insomniabelow : In the PS2 version that is not quite the case and in the PSX version it's not like he has the choice as he knows what is to come. He thinks that letting the others befriend him would just make things worse in the end (the scene in the Draconis kind of shows that). Wouldn't it be even meaner to make people you know you are going to betray like you for them to suffer even more when you betray them?

And Walter who also is in the video could have deserved being called that just as much. It would have bothered me a whole less if it had been Walter on that part because it's even kind of why I like him (which is not the case for Leon).
And the PSX version isn't the "actual canon" anymore since ToD-R and it was out more than one year ago.

@Aewhin My previous comment still stands, but you can look at my choice this way--prior to the rest of the party becoming privy to Leon's reasons, the party did look upon Leon as a huge jerk. Given this, I don't think my choice was terribly unreasonable :P But to each their own.

I admit that was better than the original but did you really have to use Annie for the 60 or 35 part,I understood Jade because he is in his 30s but Annie is still young,I mean Eugene would have been a better choice because hes the oldest but other than that good job
