  • In this Episode we travel east, over the Cascade Mountains, across the mighty Columbia River, into snowy Eastern Washington State! Our landscape photography destination will be none other than the beautiful Palouse Region, famous for Nick Page and those rolling green hills we all love so much! We'll be visiting in December so the snow will be a flyin! That snow will cover the Palouse hills in such a way as to create stunning conditions for landscape photography. Come along as we explore this remarkable region of Washington State!

Sorry for the delay everyone and thanks for watching! I've been doing a little work behind the scenes to both improve watchability and give those wanting to support my efforts, a way to do so. You will notice, in the description page, that chapters have been added to the videos so that, if you so desire, you can quickly skip parts that don't interest you and get to the parts that do! Also, in the description you will find a link if you would like to support my efforts and buy me a cup of coffee. Support goes straight back into improving the videos and allowing me more time to search out new places to shoot hence better, more interesting videos for you! Thanks so much for supporting the cause! Like and subscribe and have an awesome day!

The Snowy Palouse! What a place to be for a winter landscape. Most of what we see from that region is the Spring/Fall contours and colors. Thank you for helping to satisfy a photographers curiosity about the cold weather variety. Beautiful scenes John.

Thanks for watching! It certainly does take on a different look in the winter...one of those lucky times to be there for sure!

Hi John, much enjoyed that! I live in south Spokane and have spent the better part of the last 15 years photographing the Palouse. It really is a magical place and yes, very frustrating at times. I recently took up drone photography which is really cool for the Palouse. It's like taking Steptoe Butte and packing it in my truck with me. Really opens up a lot of possibilities. Still do a fair amount with my camera though. Great images and cheers to you!
