changing the blades on a fahr mower

I keep losing a blade off my drum mower, I’m not sure why. I can put a new blade on , one trip around and it’s gone. Not sure why

my drum mower blades have a hump in the middle i was wondering if the ones like you were using would work. yours look straight like a disc mower

Why have the flails edge on both sides? I was wondering can you swop them from the left to right drum or vice versa before you have to change them?
