Writing this 10 miles from the Bucs stadium, can't help but he happy for Andy, any time a guy gets a shot and does well. Obviously want it more for Baker, but if its not the Bucs I'm always rooting for the Panthers. Saints always seem like a problem and the Falcons arent very nice either. Hopefully Andy vs Baker in our second matchup is for the division, but I'll never underestimate the Falcons, let alone the Saints
That first drive ignited the entire team. They all responded and held their own through the entire game. It was exciting for once. Andy certainly didn't squander this opportunity. Sunday was a good day!

In all seriousness, all the critics, including myself, may have to eat crow, the whole panther organization was getting criticized all week, I’ll be the first to admit. I thought it was the organization, turns out it’s just Bryce after watching film and film reviews, Bryce is the problem. His own limitations caused the struggles in the offense.

Dalton looked top tier all around, but his precision and ability to connect with receivers down the middle of the field impressed me the most. I can’t wait to see how the momentum of this win carries into next week!

Lifelong Packer fan from Minnesota here, currently living in Charlotte. The Panthers have been my second team since I moved here last year. They weren't easy to watch last year, but I KNEW these guys had it in em. All they needed was that missing piece. Let's go Carolina!!!!
Andy is no superstar but he can do really well with management. He has a bright smile, very supportive of his teammates amd can make some great throws.

Ill eat my crow. Sear it off, braise it in crow stock and put it in a pie with some taters and veggies. I said this team was soft, and doesnt care. Obviously I was wrong. I said Tepper would never let Dave make decisions, obviously I was wrong. This looked like a whole new team, focused and hard af. Looks like we got a real head coach, looks like we got a qb 1, looks like we got a wr 1, looks like we got an ICE COLD RB1, looks like we got a hard nosed defense. And, I hate to say it but ill take my crow pie with a side of crow wings, looks like our owner is gonna let football people make football decisions. @@crazyman2821 I hear ya. Give it time though. I will say, Tepper brought Canales here to rehabilitate Bryce. For Canales to say, two games in, "we need to bench this young man, immediately," that took balls. And the fact that Tepper put up his hands and said, "Okay. it's your call," that, to me, at least demonstrates a little bit of growth in the right direction.
So, I'll at least give him that. Great game, great win, and I hope we keep moving things in this direction.

Andy has proven he can win on the big stage. Go back and watch the 2011 Rose bowl. He had a great career with the Bengals tarnished by a couple of bad playoff games. Kinda the same as the highest paid player in the NFL Dak Prescott.

Love seeing Andy slinging it again. Always love to see Dalton do well and will always have appreciation & love for Dalton... he helped when we were in a bad situation his rookie year and won us alot of games. Andy helped us get to the playoffs 5 years straight including his rookie year... back when there were only 6 playoff teams in each conference (now it's 7, since 2020)
Except I hope he don't win against us next week 😂... bc he has won all but 1 close game when playing against the Bengals since he left... and he is always on a new team with alot of adversity so its never easy for him to win

Although it was necessary to bench Byrce for this franchise, team and just sparring his confidence which we saw being destroyed, Dave showed courage and loyalty to your current players and staff. Most of us panthers fans of course want wins but we need "hope". Thanks for giving that back!

Dalton should have been in the whole time. I thought that was the point of signing him. He should have played last year and probably this year and then Bryce could have came in week 3. The teams that actually develop their qbs always benefit from it. Patriots did it with Brady and look at the packers. Farve to Rodgers to Love. They aren’t just amazing at always picking the right guy, they let them learn and develop. Just wait and see, if Penix can sit and learn for a couple years he will come in and instantly be a household name
For those who think this is a fluke, its possible, but dont forget how Jake Delhomme's Panthers debut transformed them into a Super Bowl contender. Im not saying the Panthers will go that far this year, but maybe we'll be able to compete and hold our heads high.
