Ooooh, a shipping container conversion. Or some sort of BBQ pit for the communal area (made out of brick) so that the individual BBQ's don't need to be carted around.
What's the difference between getting a permit to build something yourself on-site and buying something off-site and then plonking it on the ground? The end result is still a building. Is the permit to facilitate the hassle with the neighbours or for the town planning?
In the UK, if you are building anything as a short term rental, you need some type of planning permission. We have different levels of permissions meaning that for moveable structures for example tents or tiny homes on wheels, they come under different planning laws so you are more likely to get permission to put it on your land. If you build something with foundations, you have to have full planning so it's a harder process to go through. Which country are you in? I think we are pretty lucky in the UK with the different options we have! Thanks for your comment! Vicki

They already look so cool, the converted shipping containers! Communal BBQ noted! Thanks Andy!
I agree, build your own.
Yes! What would you build? And do you have a guess for Bryan's competition?!

Castle, who would not like to build a castle!
Oh my goodness I would love to build a castle! If I had the budget! 😂
The Great Pyramid... LOL.
How cool would it be to build a pyramid?! I've stayed at the Luxor hotel in Vegas before and that was amazing!
Bow roof a-frame!
So out here they call bow roof a-frames wigwams or pods! I've always thought it's not the right name for them, bow roof a-frame is much better!
Combine harvester conversion
Good guess! That would be cool!
Log cabin
Ooh, who wouldn't want a log cabin with a lake in the front, mountains at the back and a forest somewhere for good measure! 🏞️
@@TractorsandCream does that mean you are making a lake😜
"promo sm" ☝️
A treehouse 😄
Great guess!
