Yes I’ve been on oratane once in 2019 and I went on it again when my acne came back in 2020. I found it very harsh on my body (internally) so I’m just trying to find other alternatives. And it would come back after a couple of months after I stopped taking the pills. They work well but I hate that they are a temporary solution. Ohh and my acne isn’t severe but it just sucks not having clear skin, I would say it looks similar to how yours used to be.
